DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Paid for a 2 hour rental on a pontoon boat and it started malfunctioning 30 min into it. Drove back and we were told to redistribute our weight. Went back and the same issue was going on so by this time we just decided to cut it short.
Went inside to see the manager and basically the guy was a passive aggressive and condescending from the beginning. Offered us a bigger boat instead of a refund but when you're dealing with terrible customer service, you no longer want their service. At that point just refund me for the hour that we didn't use which he refused. Not to mention he gave me a look literally staring me down in a way very reminiscent of two people that are ready to fight in which point I matched his energy and it escalated.
The part that makes no sense is he literally stated a scenario where he would give a refund would be if it was a Saturday and there was nothing else to offer he would give a refund. That completely contradicts the contract that states no early returns will result in refund. We weren't returning the boat because we wanted to come back early, we returned because it malfunctioned coupled with the customer service we received. Once we called him out on the contradiction, he stated, "I shouldn't have said that". Luckily we recorded the entire exchange and will go another route since we couldn't fix it there.

We’ve been to Einstein Boat rental 3 times over the last year and have a wonderful experience every single time. Robert has helped us the last two times. We’ve taken out a pontoon boat, pulled a tube and taken out the Switch on another day. The switch really moves fast and was really fun! Renting on Lake Conroe is so easy with Einstein Boat Rental. When you make a reservation, leave extra time to watch the safety video.

SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!My family and I have rented for 3 years in a row. We got charged extra today for items we never bought. We even told the employees to look at their cameras ! Would not suggest this place to anyone anymore! We had 2 hours left of our boat ride & it began pouring down raining ! We had to come back to the marina. We were trying to get refunded for the 2 hours or either come the next day & they are telling us we have to pay 200$ extra ! Although we had 2 hours left of our ride ! This was absolutely ridiculous & so unprofessional! We drive 2 1/2 hours every year here ! & this was a waste ! We cannot predict the weather nor did we know we would not get our time refunded to us or either be able to come tomorrow. When they have an open schedule for tomorrow as an employee told us ! I would not Recommend. As a business owner and leader , this was very very very unprofessional & I cannot even believe it. I will not recommend again !

ABSOLUTELY POOR POOR SERVICE.Me and my family overall horrible experience would not recommend to anybody and we got charged for things that we didn’t even by this honestly deserves below 1 star this is very disappointing and ridiculous an we came here three years in a row

We had a great experience with Einstein Boat Rental at Margaritaville Lake Resort. The boat was just as described. It was clean and equipped with life jackets, etc. The young lady who checked us in was great! I would highly recommend their services. We make some great family memories that day!

Took the family to stay in condos in walden .. and thought it would be fun to rent a boat!!2 kids and 2 adults.. we out early in the day and it was fantastic.Great service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the boats and operations..will definitely rent from here again.The pontoon boat was exceptionally clean and ran without issue. Great fun on the lake for us.

Everyone was great and very helpful. Nice boat and clean, had no issues at all. The young lady working the front desk was very knowable, cheerful and pleasant. Answered all questions I had. Would definitely rent from the again.
