Pharmacy here is broken, disorganized, and poorly executed for all of the individuals needing their medications. For one, at lunch time, the pharmacy was closed and no one was available (when coming in to drop prescription off)VISIT DATE: 9/20/23Showed up half hour after prescription is to be filled, name isn't in the system somehow. They asked me to physically describe the pharmacist that we handed over the written prescription to when we came in earlier. So we did, they left and returned, then said it will be right out. We wait in line for an additional 20 minutes completely backing up traffic and creating a larger line. They then proceeded to tell us to pull up (as if its a fast food drive-thru) and come back in 15-20 minutes.They failed to fill the prescription, had no idea about it when asked, and couldn't do the necessary job - and we have to continue to wait and wait These are people's medications and to be so disorganized, irresponsible, and unprofessional is baffling.We hope this instance does not remain and this was only a once-off occasion, for the sake of everyone needing their prescriptions and medications in future.

Very upsetting that I gave cvs a chance for the first time and they blew it! I got several prescriptions as me and two of my kids are sick. Get home the bags of cough syrup and liquid steroids for my toddlers are soaked and empty! They did not close the lid all the way on the medication. Ridiculous! Now my babies may not even be able to get better with the medication they need! CVS manager better fix this! It’s not right to play with anyone’s health better yet a toddlers!

Rude pharmacy i had a simple question and the asian lady behind the desk was very dismissive when i was addressed after standing at the counter for 5minutes with no line in-front of me.Drive through was empty and she didn't even give me the decency to walk over to counter i had a private health issue with my pregnant wife that i had to shout out infront of whole pharmacy for help on… terrible customer consideration and care. Was embarrassed for them and irritated by the time i was checking out.

Quick in and out. This is your typical CVS store. Friendly associates. Would be 5 stars, but the coupon kiosk doesn't always work ?

Diane at the front checkout helped me tremendously figuring out my Care pass coupons on my phone and taking time to show me which products I could use the coupons on. She also directed me to the coupon center that I had never noticed before. Thanks, Diane, for being so helpful and patient!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do other people have the hardest time with CVS on Eva and 105. If I call the pharmacist puts us on hold and then hangs up on us every time. If they say they will call the Dr. Or another pharmacy for you They never do. It's like zero accountability and they don't want to work so they find every way to not do their job. The women pharmacists are the worst! They are miserable and do not want to work. If my kid's insurance would allow me to go anywhere else I would! Calling corporate but wondering if anyone else has this issue.

Manager was very rude. Absolutely will never use CVS ever again. I caution anyone to check out their return policy for any health item before purchasing.

They told me my prescription would be ready at 9:45. Got there at 9:30 and the pharmacy is closed. I need those medications asap because I have the flu. This makes no sense at all. Why post you close at 10 if you close early.

Would give this store negative stars if that were a thing. I transferred all my scripts here shortly after they opened hoping for good things as the local kroger was providing negative customer service (don't use Kroger!). In the beginning this store was fine and was meeting my needs, however over the past year, I have begun to have problem after problem with this store. Wrong co-pay information, unable to fill my scripts, telling me medications are not covered when I know they are, unable to locate Specialty Delivery I had confirmation of delivery (finally located after 30 minutes), need I continue? I have moved all my scripts down to the Lake Store. They are much better, able to get the medications I need and answer my questions with understanding and kindness. Do yourself a favor and skip this store. If you must use CVS, use the Lake Store.

I never have issues using GoodRX except at CVS. I've heard EVERY excuse the codes expired, we ran out of that lot #, that's not the same name.....No other pharmacy I've used has issues with goodRx. GoodRx should drop CVS.

Slow for covid test. I had an appointment and I sat waiting in my car 10-15 minutes. All they had to do is give me the bag to test myself. Efficiency is lacking at this location.

Only reason I gave them two stars because they're so close.... Pharmacy is absolutely horrible I would rather drive to another CVS rude close early clothes for lunch must be understaffed been like this since they open figured they would get with the program now
