I had a medication I need urgently prescribed on Monday , went to get it , they had to order, told me check back Tuesday , I check back , they say Wednesday. I took the day off work to combat the harsh side effects , went to pick it up as it said preparing , they tell me to pick up next day on Thursday. Now I have to work while battling side effects all behind poor communication, no urgency to do right by the customer. Been using cvs for years but Will be my last time using CVS , I’ll take my business back to Walgreens

I’m a disabled veteran and I have a severe upper respiratory infection and the Care Now facility across the street sent over prescriptions at 8:30 this morning. My wife went to go pick them up and they said only the pharmacist has the ability to enter in my Veterans medical insurance that nobody else can do it and they are four hours behind and they can’t help me. This is terrible customer service. If they couldn’t fill it, they should’ve called Care Now or myself.

I'm very disappointed in this location. I transferred my prescriptions because it's closer for me, but it's always at least a half hour to check out. They always have to rebill my orders and I told them they were working on an order that was called in yesterday. I didn't want to go home and come back they said they were 2 days behind and it wouldn't be ready until tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm really disappointed.

The rudest most incompetent staff of any pharmacy anywhere. I will move all my rx’s to another pharmacy that is NOT a CVS

As so many others before this post have stated, CVS & this location DO NOT rate 1 star ! The pharmacist is Unwilling to assist in refilling a prescription confirmed by my Doctor . In addition the Corporate Customer Service admitted they can be of NO HELP!

If it were possible to leave ZERO stars, I would. Our insurance only covers prescriptions filled through CVS, so we don’t have a choice but to fill here. If you can think of it, they’ve done (or not done) it. Accused us of overtaking medication after calculating the dates wrong themselves, refusing to fill scripts for unjustified reasons, taking days to check for calls from our doctors, forcing us to drive around and get back in line 3-4 times in a row due to their inability to do their job in a timely or correct manner, admitting to forgetting to bill insurance, refusing to allow us to speak to pharmacists or managers, the list continues. The problem is that the higher up you speak to someone, the more incompetent and rude they are. If you’re looking for a pharmacy to make you feel like your prescription needs are a direct threat to their very being, look no further. Welcome home, to CVS on Eva Street.

I’ve been really disappointed with the CVS at this location. The service is consistently slow and the staff often come across as lazy or uninterested in helping customers. Simple things like picking up prescriptions or checking out take way longer than they should. It feels like customer care isn’t a priority here.

Absolutely disgusted with the manager/ pharmacist. Talked rudely to me after voicing my concern of not having ALL of my medications ready. I don’t care if there is a “14” day thing where you have to pick up. They KNEW I needed it for surgery. I was ONE day late and for her to try and continue to argue with me after I said I didn’t want to speak to her is absurd. She does NOT need to be in the customer service industry if you can’t fix a problem calmly instead of giving attitude back.

Why do I have to sign up for a CVS card to make a capital one deposit. Cashier tried to lie to me and say it's company policy. I never had to do this. drove to another CVS. They didn't have me sign up for anything.

This CVS location has consistently been a negative experience for me. Each time I visit, I feel racially profiled and unwelcome. I come here to shop and support the business—not to be followed around or treated with suspicion.
During my most recent visit, I was met with a cold, unfriendly look from the supervisor as soon as I entered the store. When I approached the front counter, he completely ignored me until he seemed to notice the security camera—only then did he mumble a half-hearted “May I help you?”
The experience worsened when another employee, Mikael, followed me out of the store and watched what car I got into. That level of scrutiny was completely inappropriate and made me feel targeted and disrespected.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. The staff at this location clearly need retraining, and management should take this complaint seriously. I will not be returning to this store.

Arrived to pick up my prescription and the attendant spoke to me with a really elevated voice and I did not know why. Turns out I arrived a few minutes before they closed for lunch and she was just casting her anger towards me. Very unprofessional, not the first time with CVS. I regret using and will absolutely change for ever to HEB. Too many disappointing events with CVS. I come back after a lapse hoping they will change my mind and no. Still unprofessional.
