The gas pumps are a joke. Out of six pumps, four are ridiculously slow. My last two visits I gave up and went to Kroger. I was there 10 minutes and barely put 10 gallons in my truck. This station needs better maintenance on its pumps.

No 18 packs in the cold case and no way to grab any. Locked door and sign asking the manager to get one for you. That would not be an issue except the manager refused to get one. Last time we purchase anything at this location.

Why have a phone number for the store if you don't even answer, at this point just get rid of it or learn to answer. Horrible customer service!!! Would give zero stars but unable to

Circle K Hwy 105 & Cape Conroe Cancer Experience
My girlfriend had just received the news from her oncologist, stage 4 Liver Cancer. Surgery was not possible. Chemotherapy was Memorial Herman's prognosis.
She wanted to get her nails done to distract from the news. On the way back she stopped at Circle K for an Almond Joy. When she went to pay her card didn't work (Circle K's System was inoperable we later found out).
She started to cry that triggered her fear. She told the cashier the news she received and left.
The story became much worse quickly. She returned to our home in Walden. The next thing she knew the Police showed up at our house. They had been called by the cashier at Circle K. The cashier said she was suicidal.
Let me make this crystal clear. She is a fighter and that isn't in her personality.
I then returned from walking our Dog to find 2 Police Cars. I went in wondering what was going on. I was told " by the officer" Circle K's cashier called them and gave her license Plate to them saying she was going to commit suicide.
I explained what she had already told the police. "She never mentioned suicide or anything like that!
This went on in our home for 30 minutes and we were informed that "by law" she had to be evaluated! By law. Even though she never said any of it and an idiot Circle K employee called them. Without even showing any concern like talking to her versus calling the Cops.
So at 7 pm on a Saturday Evening we were forced, by law, to go to downtown Conroe. This awful experience lasted 3 hours there until she could talk to a Psychiatrist.
He said "There is nothing wrong with you aside from the stress from your diagnosis. You're doing exceptionally well under the circumstances ".
The story doesn't end there. I went up to that Circle K the next morning, Sunday. They had all the doors closed and locked because their system was down. Which caused the problem to begin with.
Through the door, I asked for the managers phone number. Which was given to me.
So I called the Manager ""Kendra"" she completely flipped out. S
I couldn't even explain what happened. She only kept yelling at me about calling her. I was disturbing her Sunday morning. At that time I blew up. She didn't care at all about my girlfriend, what happened or the fact the store was closed down. She offered NO apology! Didn't ask if my girlfriend was alright!
Kendra is an example of what not to have in an employee. My girlfriend had had a stroke for years prior and has an aneurysm still protected by five coils in her head. This experience could easily have caused another stroke. Other people caused the heart attack. There's just no telling.
But Kendra was worried about her Sunday I believe boating. She offered no concern whatsoever. In fact, she only had contempt and arrogance, stating how dare I call her.
The story still doesn't end. I called Circle K corporate out of San Antonio five times. Trying to explain what happened now both times with Circle K. I'm finally received a call back. From Chante Clay. Apparently she is a regional manager. I told our story to her and how it Circle K needs to make this right with us because it cost six hours of my and my girlfriends life, undue stress, a wasted trip for the police And problems for a already over text system of mental health professionals.
Chante Clay said she would call me in 2 days to straighten things out. That never happened. To be fair she wasn't as arrogant as Kendra but Chante did not show any urgency in resolving things.
So I ask any one who reads this to express to Circle K this is. It acceptable behavior by

Long time customer. Not anymore. Nice little store.... except for the fact that the last time I was there, I had to explain to my 5 year old why the cashier (a grown man) was wearing painted, press-on nails. Seriously, if you are running a business, maybe tell your employees to leave their weird kinks at home. There are just too many other shopping options to have to deal with this kind of stuff.

SADLY, although we all prepay for our gas at the pump as usual, these Circle K pumps:
1. Do NOT have a switch to keep the prepaid gas PUMPING. ?You literally have to stand there and watch it pump gas into the tank while you hold the pump handle. When you have an SUV, it’s a large tank, PREPAID CASH IN ADVANCE FOR GAS, you should be able to use a switch to hold the gas pump on in position. Feels like 20 years ago.
2. Gas pumps, slow, because of this and having to MANUALLY hold the pump the whole time, I only pumped half the gas today and refunded my remaining money. I will go down the street to a more modern up-to-date gas station with better pump services that are efficient for the customer.

I like the store, the employee's handle the pressure of the day well. But the store never has ICE in the foutain.
What I'm not happy with is being cheated out of product and Money. Pay attention to what your doing. When you scan the same item 2x yet the size is different it don't hurt you it hurts your customer.
Yesterday I asked for 2pk of 2 pods. I was sold 1x1pk and 1x2pk. I was charged for 2x2pk.
Policy states customers can't return the item no refund either. Customers work too hard for what little they have to spend.

The store manager is rude and has a nasty attitude. I came in for fuel and a drink. The manager ignored me while she continued to count tobacco inventory. It wasn't until she finished that she acknowledged there were customers, by that time a line began to form. After she totaled everything up she began rushing me through the prompts on the debt paid. Her demeanor and tonality dripped with impatience. I said "Oh after 3 minutes of being ignored you are rushing me?" She retorted with "you didnt wait three minutes!" while throwing her hands up in exasperation. Whether it is 3 seconds or 30 minutes customers should never be ignored. Her actions and reactions ensure I will be contacting corporate and letting everyone know what to expect. As for me, Id rather chance walmart fuel than pay to be treated in such a way.

I used to come here a lot because they got some great branded snacks, but today, the cashier (who normally works mornings from what I understand) commented on my bag of chips and told me they’d “catch up to me if I wasn’t careful”. She did this in front of other people too. I found this INCREDIBLY rude, given how I’m a pretty regular customer. I will no longer be giving my business to this location. The cashier should really check her attitude.

The service is friendly. I shop here often. But I cannot overstate how unclean it is. I had to clean the floor, sink and toilet with hand soap and dispensed paper towels before I could even bear to use the restroom.
