Very shorthanded. Unreasonably long wait for simple things.

If your looking for a neighborhood bank that is professional and personal go here. I really like it. Does not feel so commercialized.

We have been with this bank since we moved to Montgomery, Texas in 1985. It has gone through many changes and continues to grow, but THIS location is a 5 star bank. The manager, Dale, ALWAYS follows through to ensure you are getting 5 star service. He is so kind to his customers and truly cares about their well being (especially my older parents). While change takes time to get used to (formerly BBVA), we have stayed with this financial institution primarily because of THIS location and the manager, Dale. They have fantastic options for all of your banking needs with high interest on many types of accounts. I highly recommend PNC in Montgomery, TX if you are looking to open a new account.

Not only do I not recommend, I recommend you stay away. My auto loan has been a disaster since day 1. It has been impossible for them to simply set up monthly payments to automatically draft from my bank account. It's been 5 months now. I'm done!!

I've been a customer of BBVA now PNC for over 10 years now!! I sent in a subcontractor with a Business check and because he doesn't have an account there they want a 2% fee to cash it ??? I called them personally and asked them not to do that only to be told they would not waive it. I said i'll be right there and wrote a check for cash and paid my guy right in front of them of course no fee for me to do it just INCONVENIENT to myself!!! This bank really doesn't do anything for our business they lose thousands of dollars annually because they don't want to give us loans as their competitors do right across the street (Chase Bank) Not sure why we stay mainly because of Jennifer she gets things done. i know why don't i just use Chase Good question

I’ve been with this bank 40+ years. My branch was pro bank on Grogan Mill in the Woodlands. They were later bought out by Compass and I noticed no significant changes. Later they were bought out by BBVA and still no changes. All account numbers, credit cards and bill pay stayed exactly the same. I love all the people in the Montgomery branch the Conroe branch and two branches in Katy. They hardly had any turnover and the people are wonderful. Obviously their hands are tied with PNC. I was afraid that when PNC took over everything would change. Everything did change, including credit cards account numbers bill pay and even the way my accounts are aligned on online banking. I no longer can transfer funds from my business to my personal account, had several items bounce. I’ve been working on this since the day they closed BBVA and re-open four days later as PNC. At least once getting the wrong advice, and filling out the same form many times to never have the changes I needed take affect. I never thought I would be moving away from this bank. I’m hoping to find another bank with a hometown feel like the one BBVA used to be. I was told that I was not the only customer having problems. Lord knows I believe that!!!

Rude customer service. The door is stuck and the place looks closed. Do not bank here.

The Bank teller was excellent. My problem was getting service initially. Let me explain. I parked in the front, choosing to go into the Lobby because it seemed to be that it would be faster for us. Easy in and out. So my husband and I got out of our vehicle and walked to the door of the lobby.....pulled on it and it was locked. There were numerous signs on the door so my husband and I started reading them to get a clue. First sign we see plastered on the glass entrance door says open Monday - Friday 9-5. Its 2:00 pm in the afternoon on a Monday BUT the door is locked. Then a woman (presumed customer, as we) does the same thing as us and starts to pull on the door. Its still locked and immediately she starts fussing and saying "I'm so sick of these people just working whenever they want to, and not wanting to work and do their jobs. I'm SO SICK OF IT." My husband and I say nothing and we all turn and start walking back to our cars. Unfortunately, by now the drive-thru that initially had 2 cars when we arrived, suddenly has a looooong line of 10 vehicles (we counted) now in the drive thru line. By the time we can navigate our way out of the parking spot, a few move cars/customers have gotten in the line. And so we wait....and wait.....and wait....wait...wait Tick...Tock......wait....wait and finally we are at the window. The young lady was very busy but was very cordial, friendly and professional. We did what we needed and we were on our way in no time. I did ask why the Lobby door was locked and she said because they were short staffed that day BUT due to COVID-19 the Lobby would remain closed until further notice. A SIGN TO THAT EFFECT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. The irony of it all is there was a giant banner strung across the front that says, "We are here for you, just let us know." Something to that effect. Ok....how about a big sign out front saying lobby closed until further notice. HOW ABOUT THAT....FOR HELP AND LETTING US KNOW!!!!! LOL!!!

Went to put cash in the bank and as I give him my social he don't write nothing down or anything then I repeated my self couple times. Everyone looks new which would probably be the reason. Conroe back 110 percent better which is the only reason I still bank at Bbva and that be because of there Conroe location. Great relationship and staff has been there long time

These people are idiots. I got told one story over the phone on a 1-800 # only to be told the EXACT opposite when I went to the branch in person to take action on a business account. Don't go here. Go right down the street 100 yards and use Woodforest National Bank
