Everytime time I come to this store and Carla is here I have the worst experience. She is always so rude and acts like we the customer are bothering her. If she hates her job that much, she should find another one. Maybe she needs to go to a customer service class to learn how to talk to her customers.

This convenience store is just like all the others on Fish Creek Throughoufare BUT the difference is PANDA! She's fantastic, super friendly and is the reason I only go to this gas station. I read some reviews talking negatively about her and I can guarantee they are not telling the whole story. I talk to Panda at least 4 times a week and every time I'm at the store everyone, and I mean everyone knows Panda and loves her. If she ever stops working there, I will find another gas station to frequent.

My Kids and I Love going into this store!! Panda is always so lovely and kind. It makes our day when she is there to greet us with a big smile and great service. The store is always clean and stocked.

We are huge Slurpee fans and we were so excited that 7-11 was in our neighborhood when we moved here 2 years ago. Our whole family stops in every day. From the start, Panda won my heart when she took the time to thank me for having respectful and kind kids. I, in turn, have thanked her many times for making it a fun and safe place for my kids to go to. There aren’t too many places where the staff know you by name and are always happy to see you. Thanks, Panda, for always making our days brighter!

This store is always my go to on my daily routes at work. I’m always in the area and the store is maintained clean, organized and stocked! Also the reminder on promotion items is great since I save so much money on the deals! Panda is hands down the best cashier/employee at this location and always has a smile on her face. Kind and professional at all times !

Monday, 04/01/2024: Presumably a manager (heavily tattoed overweight female) handled an objection to her putting words in my mouth that have not been said by ordering me to leave the store. New way of dealing with customer. Not an April fools joke and totally ugly!!!

Yesterday night I went by the store. I play some lottery ticket. Men Cashier try to fight with me.. To crazy men loud and just bad attitude..he call cops all so.. I tall to him give me a money.. After I can left but he try to hit me.. Crazy men.. Me never happen like this situation.. To crazy men..
