This Sunday morning at 10:10 am July 30, 2023 if the owner checks the cameras at the registers he will witness that the cashier told me they do not wash the coffee pots.Today, I can in the store for my morning coffee, and I noticed the same dirty dried up hand spots on the coffee appliances.The water is hard it had accumulated minerals that won’t go away. They claim to have a water softener system, but their appliances show otherwise.Our family won’t getting morning coffee from here anymore.

Always give great customer service every time I am there, but the littlest, most random, fun things is what makes the biggest difference. Went there this morning for a few small items and grabbed a lighter while I was standing at the register. The cashier, Sam, asked me if I liked pickles. I told her yes (I love pickles actually) and she proceeds to pull out a lighter from the back of the case that was so cute! She told me she stashed them for those special customers. (Of course I bought it!) I wouldn’t have even known it was there if she hadn’t done that. It kinda made my day! :) :)

Word of advice: Don't try to apply for work here if you're pregnant. I was given an interview and during that interview I did let it be known that I am currently pregnant, and yet I was still told that I would receive a text message on an exact time to start, on a Monday, as well as was even told who I'd be training under. Didn't receive a text message the next day other than when I texted to ask about it I was told that other candidates are being assessed. Didn't think anything of it other than I thought they were just still doing interviews and would text me with schedule once done. Nope. Received text the day after that, stating that they decided to go with someone else who would be able to work more long term with no breaks in between, and that it would be difficult to find someone to fill the gap when I would have to be on leave.Now, mind you I'm only 4 months along. With about 5 left to go. Seems like plenty of time in my opinion to find someone when it gets closer to that time. I mean, obviously found someone else pretty quickly to replace me with.Don't hire someone if you had the intent to change your mind. Especially when you already knew from the get go of the pregnancy. Not a great business look in my opinion.

Can’t discourage this place enough!!! The staff and management here are absolutely disgusting towards their guest. When problems are addressed Becky the manager will berated you and tell you they won’t service you. The nasty women even had the nerve to yell and get in the face of a women nearing her 70s telling her to get the f out of her store. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Just visited your location and your cashier Trinity is sooo rude. I quit coming to your location after your cashier Becky went crazy on several customers and posted pictures of customers from your video surveillance all over the neighborhood fb page shaming them and I finally tried you again just to find the same rude customer service. Do better with your staff.

Do not purchase any of their Tobacco alternatives . Have purchased several to find them half charged or as of today completely dead . Upon returning to the store 10 min after the purchase i was refused any kind of help what so ever on a the nearly $15 item i had just paid for . Not a way to run a business let alone get returning customers . Will not be back .
