“This happened in 2022: wow, I came in the door and I'm the only other person in the lobby besides a lady leaving her keys at the front desk and even when she leaves, my existence isn't acknowledged. Every time I have taken my car here they do a good job but this last time when they replaced the fan, I expected things to go back to normal as they were and instead the fan makes a lot of vibrating noise for example if I leave it in park or I am stopped at a light for a bit too long. I took it back and asked the technician to check it or maybe the fan is unbalanced or something as they told me in Fiesta Chevrolet... But when I needed the damn thing to make noise so the technician could see and hear it it didn't and he said that it is fine... I disagree. I may not know anything about mechanics but I do know that when something is fixed it should be left as it originally was. As if nothing were wrong.
