My post office is not Montalba, it is Palestine but the 800 # said my packages were being delivered by the Montalba office. I called them on Montalba office and spoke with James. he was wonderful he helped me figure out where exactly my packages should be, who to speak with at the Palestine office in order to find my packages, and offered to help me if I was unable to find them or deal with it with the Palestine office. He was wonderful really polite, real sweet, helpful, and I appreciate his help very very much. Long and short my packages were located and my husband was able to pick them up, all within about an hour of the start of looking for them.
