This is the worst location. Customer service is horrible I get greeted and helped by the same 2 people everytime go there and if they are busy I have to wait. I’ve watched them sit and talk while I’ve waited and I was the only person in line. I was there today and watched the supervisor hold the line up talking instead of helping me. When it was my turn the same lady that always helps me took care of me while they went and took care of the other gentleman. How is that when I’m on crutches waiting in line, I always get ignored and looked over because of what appears to be race at this location and I’ll never go and deposit or any other service here again.

This bank location has terrible service. I went to get a notary witness my signature. The bank was empty. 5 or 6 people working. They said they could not do it. I went to the bank next to them and they did it for me in 10 minutes. I have an account with Wells Fargo. Don’t have an account with the other bank. I need to change banks. If you call. They never answer the phone.

This location refused banking services without an appointment although there not any customers in the bank or in the drive through at the time. The next appointment was booked for 30 minutes later which left plenty of time to complete a new account. Consider taking your business to a more friendly and attentive bank.

Horrendous customer service!!! Wells fargo needs to warn their customers about the zelle scam happening to all your loyal customers. And then tell them how you wont help them get back thousands of their money. And then i went into the branch to get help amd was told you don't handle those claims ( which is fine ) but, i tell the man i was pulling all of my loans and money out of this institution he says " would you like me to do that now?" No im so sorry this happened or is there anything we can do to help keep you as a customer? As of 1/4, all of it is being withdrawn and my loan ( with ten times better rate) is going away! Go read their fb page. This has happened to hundreds of their customers. Oh and i will be with the rest of those customers seeking a attorney.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER. So I had a replacement check sent from a lost money order through Western Union on their Wells Fargo account. Mind you, I’m in Texas because I’m displaced due to hurricane Ida, I’m already stressed out and I was expecting a simple and easy transaction. Well, I admit I expected way too much. Customer service and common sense just isn’t a standard at this bank.I pulled up at the drive through and was asked for two forms of identification which I presented. After which, the tellers proceeded to aimlessly walk around. After sitting in silence and no word from them, the teller finally addressed me and asked me how I obtained the check. I explained to her that it was a misplaced money order refund, in which she replied back that she could not verify the check and therefore it could not be cashed. Needless to say, I was HEATED.Not only did they just waste my time, but offered no explanation to what should have been a super simple transaction. Not to mention the check was written by an account THEY SERVICE DIRECTLY. There wasn’t a real explanation given nor were there any tangible solutions. They simply didn’t cash my check and in my opinion didn’t try hard enough to.MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS COMPLETE TRASH AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.What I thought would be a two minute transaction turned into twenty minutes and a lost hour because the bank was that far out of the way on the route back home.Come to this bank if you enjoy lack luster problem solving and extremely mediocre customer service.For the record, this review would have NO STARS if it weren’t for the fact that I needed to give it at least one to post it.

My bank on Eagle Drive are so very courteous. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The whole entire crew go above and beyond.
