Mrs.Nora is an amazing Director. Very professional, and truly takes pride in the organization she is running. From day one she has been nothing but great. I have felt welcomed every day since my son started attending Warm Beginnings. Ms. Morgan, Ms. Maria, Ms. Naday, and Mrs.Leslie are the teachers that have cared for my son and they have been so amazing to not only my husband and I, but my son as well. Every employee has been so sweet, and never fails to greet me. Even those who I have not personally met yet. Any time they have any issues they communicate immediately. My 2 month old gets fussy and likes to scratch his face. When I picked him up I was immediately told about it. Which I sincerely appreciate. It is a very clean and organized facility. I could ask a million questions and I am never met with anything other than an open heart, and great advice. Any time I have asked the ladies to change something they have immediately been receptive and truly care about the well being of my baby. I am so glad that I enrolled my son here and cannot recommend it enough.

Y’all are a terrible daycare your customer service is down the drain with your director. Gave my spot away for my two year old and then thinks an email the same day she gave my spot away knowing it was going to take me at least 2 days to get all her stuff for daycare since we moved was sufficient. Thank God I found a much better place. Then she wants to not work with me at all when it comes to getting my 6 year old in. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a spot here in this town but when you do be careful coming here because she treats you disrespectfully.

My three year old and my 3 month old go here and love it. It’s clean every time I drop them off. The playground is big and perfect for all ages. The classrooms are engaging for the littles. My three year old doesn’t fight me on coming like he has with past daycares. My 3 month old is changed around the hour, and I’ve walked in on the staff actually reading to the babies. (Most places I’ve encountered say they do but I never see it happening) The staff are all so nice and sweet. The infant teachers are always giving my baby holiday baskets. My three year olds teacher has my oldest coming home singing the days of the weeks, his alphabet, and his numbers.

I come to Warm Beginnings every year. Ms Nora is such a wonderful director. The place is ALWAYS clean. The kids are sooooo good. They all use their manners. The teachers are great with the kids too. I would definitely recommend this child care in Mt Belvieu

We have been going to Warm Beginnings & More for almost 4 years and love it... they really treat your kids like their own.. My daughter is now in kindergarten and just received her 9 week report card and she has all A's and 1 B! All thanks to warm beginnings... they have taught my daughter (& son) so much.. I love this place and definitely recommend them..

Highly recommend WB. I am not from Mont Belvieu but my previous job was near. As my children’s first day care experience I was a little bit nervous but after meeting Ms Nora and being provided with her guidance in the beginning of COVID I knew my kids were going to be in good hands. My kids absolutely love their teachers and For this past year I got to hear all of my 4yo experiences at pick up. Haha ? Which were all great! She learned many things as well as my almost 3yo son! I believe they broke him out of being so shy! Thank you WB for being so awesome with my little ones. We will miss you !

Warm Beginnings and Nora Carmona are a part of our family and always will be. I first met Nora when I visited WB while pregnant with my first child in 2013. My daughter was 3 months old when she started attending Warm Beginnings and was there until she went to kindergarten at age 5. My second child was born in 2016 and she attended WB until she started PreK at BH. I loved every moment my girls were at WB and always had peace of mind that they were well cared for and in good hands.

My son has been going to Warm Beiginnings since he was a year old and they have been nothing but great to him and myself. They have a great staff who truly care about their little ones!

They are very unprofessional. They make employees lie to parents so they don’t look bad. I wouldn’t recommend leaving your kids here or employment.

Do your reasearch before leaving your loved ones here! Kids are yelled at and mistreated. Owner/director lies. Multiple parents have witnessed owner and teachers yelling at kids. They locked my 2 year old son in a high chair all day because he had a cast on his leg and could not walk!!! I wondered why my son would cry and scream as soon as he saw me turn in.....? I found out why!!I caught the director/owner in multiple lies about my infant and two year old's classes and have found other moms tell me the same thing happened to them.Also look at the state's site. They have been sited for multiple infractions. One of them is that the owner tried to hide a caregiver because she knew the caregiver was not current in the state minimum requirements to work in daycare. ? If this is how the owner works, I'm scared to know what they did get away with. And I personally don't need my boys learning dishonest behaviors.
