“I popped on in after boycotting this Jiffy Lube site almost a year and a half ago. The last two times I went here they had technicians who could not replace the headlight on my Jeep. I was informed by these so called technicians that it was something that had to be done at the dealership. That the cost was going to be in the thousands. I went to the auto parts store, bought the bulb, replaced it in under 5 mins. The cost was no where near what those technicians had said it would be. Today I was very pleased with the friendliness, the staff, and the pricing. Even though prices sadly have continued to rise everywhere, Jiffy Lube had some coupons on their national website which eased the pain a bit. In case anyone was interested, the old staff and management is long gone. My oil drain plug was messed up at a competitor. This was going to cause me to have an issue with my oil change. They replaced it no charge. This new team has my confidence will have me coming back.”
“This was my second time going to this shop and was served by the same mechanic. I forgot to ask his name but he does a fantastic job. I sat in the car while he and his co-worker got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Not to forget the politeness he showed me each time I have been there. Honest mechanic.”
“Took my car to a local shop that I've used in the past for an AC that would work sometimes and then it would stop blowing cold. This shop told me the compressor needed to be replaced for $1,400+. Called Kens and told him what it was doing and he said it didn't sound like the compressor needed to be replaced. Took it in and $300 later my AC is working like new. These are the type of people I like to do business with. Honest and fair is hard to come by these days, but I'll be using Ken's Automotive in the future for sure.”

“Today, I took my vehicle to have an inspection of the front suspension and steering system and determined if they could do an alignment.
Well, they checked it and called to inform me that everything looked good and that they could do the alignment; which they did.
So, what's the big deal?
Well, I had taken my vehicle 2 weeks earlier to another mechanic I trusted who told me the same thing. These guys didn't try to sell me other services, didn't lie about the condition of the vehicle, or charged me a very decent price.

“I want to give a shout out to Brandon and Justin who helped us out recently. We were on a long drive back home to Austin from Georgia and realized that we were quickly losing oil. Panicked we went to the Walmart Auto Center on Garth Road to figure out the problem since it was the closest option for us. Turns out the dealership had only hand-tightened our oil drain plug a few weeks prior and it finally vibrated out during our long drive.Nothing is quite as stressful as thinking you might have a major car issue while traveling with your whole family, hours from home, with your car full of your belongings and Christmas gifts. We really appreciated how quickly these guys helped us out and put us at ease. They answered all of our questions and even showed us pictures of the underside of our car. “I needed a battery so was 1st in line at 7 AM. Rashn (working inside sales and tested battery) was very helpful and as it turned out my battery was just under 3 years old so I got a full replacement for free. The technician was getting old battery pulled out while I was dealing with paperwork. Was done in about 20 minutes. Very good experience. A manager was called to sign off on the battery swap out and she was very nice as well even though I wasn't spending money.”
