The people were so helpful. I shop for the month on almost everything food wise because we are a big family. The meat was at such great prices and the workers were so helpful even though we had 2 full baskets they didn't look at us mad or anything and even helped us take it to our vehicle.

I went in for baby formula. I grabbed three cans. I have twins and a new born. I usually buy five at a time. When I got to the register I was told I can only buy two cans. I told her I needed three cans and explained I have three babies. She got a manager who also said no. So I paid for two cans and had to get another can and go pay at a different register because they wouldn’t even let me purchase it separately. This is very upsetting because I needed that formula and to be told no I can’t buy something needed for my babies. My choices were to get another can and pay at another register or go to Walmart. I don’t understand if I have bought five at a time why I couldn’t buy three. I mean I am there spending my money and HEB, which is more expensive than Walmart but I still go there. They are closer to my house but now I have to go to Walmart because I can only buy to cans of formula at your store.

Terrible service by some of the drive thru staff and management. Rude attitude even by management. Requested to speak to manager after having a bad experience with window staff and manager became defensive, accused me of been the problem and tried to give me the prescription back to go somewhere else before fulfilling it. No wonder staff is rude, management has the same attitude. Already transferred to different pharmacy and won’t be using them anymore to this HEB store.
