I could not believe how great this car wash was. I was in a hurry and I have a new C8 Corvette and I was holding my breath going through the wash cycle. This is a soft cloth machine and it was wonderful!!! I will return soon. I did not want to pay the 11 bucks at first. But, it was so worth it. Thank you HEB

Grocery store is awesome! The pharmacy is a different story. It takes too long to get medication. Not certain why they don’t have more people working there. It’s the only pharmacy! Today, I waited in the drive thru line for 10 mins early, reversed and left! Went back just now (an hour later) and it’s another 20 min wait in the drive thru!! SMH.

Had a car that was getting back on the road and had been sitting for a year under a tree. The sap was HORRENDOUS! $11 was restored the car to is shiny self. Wow I was impressed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was 2nd in line so there was a car being washed, a car waiting and then me. I literally sat there for 34 min before i was able to get into the wash bay. RIDICULOUSLY long wash times. If we wanted a luxury detailed wash we wouldn’t be using the HEB auto wash jus sayin

On 8-24-20, I got the premium wash at the H-E-B Wash in Mont Belvieu, TX at around 4:40 pm. The car wash caused permanent damage to the hood and top of my Tahoe (of which I take meticulous pride in). The washing fibers permanently seared lines (NOT minor swirling...perpendicular & horizontal etching) into the clear coat of those areas. I waited behind 2-3 cars in the car wash, leaving me to believe it was a popular, safe and good car wash. I’m in the process of seeing if H-E-B will agree to have those areas professionally repainted. I suspect I’m not the only one with this experience, at that location.
