The experience to get your vision checked was alright. They aren’t open at 9 am like they say they are. So good luck to anyone trying to pick up their eye glasses like I was trying to. Super frustrating when they advertise they are open at 9 am. No one was inside at 9:26 am on Friday. Wish they would update their hours.

The appointment was an easy in and out. The staff is nice. They just couldn’t get the fit on adjusting my glasses right. The employee didn’t want to adjust them anymore and check to see if I had gotten a warrantee. When she saw that I didn’t, she said “well you didn’t get the warrantee so I guess I have to just keep adjusting them”. They’re still not right and uneven but I’d rather deal with it what watch them struggle for another 30 minutes not knowing what they’re doing.

I had my glasses tightened up because they were loose, and a pair that I bought this year new I was very unhappy with, and they help me pick out new frames and sent them off to be filled with my lenses and sent back to me. Love the Mont Belvieu America’s best. Alicity was the person to help me and she was very professional and very kind..

The staff at the location in Mont Belvieu were outstanding. It started yesterday after me and wife were next door getting our pedicure , so as I was walking by I stopped by to see could I get appointment it was scheduled for next day For 10:30 arrival time was at 10:05 seen at 10:20 out of the door at 10:45 the doctor was awesome young lady, but she couldn’t do it without the awesome staff. DAMN I thought it wasn’t a such thing called professionalism didn’t exist anymore. I’m extremely satisfied. Thanks

They screw you on the deal no matter how many times you ask if its part of it and that you are paying cash so you need to know ahead of time- got a different price at the end that you now HAVE to pay for, and then when i went back for the contact prescription you have now paid extra for (even thougb you asked ahead of time if it was extra!) They cant give prescription without a follow up apt which they said nothing about when i called and asked about picking up the script. Cannot wait to be done with this place completely after i get what i have already paid for.

I was able to get an appointment same day! Optometrist was extremely nice and took his time with my exam. This place is new and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and they are on top of thing. Definitely recommend!

This was hands down the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the doctor was awesome. I believe her name was Dr. Gilmore. She was very nice and explained all my questions thoroughly. I can tell she really likes her profession. Five stars for sure!

Outstanding service & value. I shopped here the very first day the store opened and was welcomed by very efficient and friendly staff. They helped me choose glasses that were stylish & suited me well. Experienced professional staff helped me throughout my experience there. Definitely recommend this store!
