I was driving from California to Georgia had issues with my Jeep and had to stop in Monohans on a Friday afternoon. I was a bit frustrated and had to spend the weekend in Monohans, TX. Sarahi is the Operation Director and was very compassionate about my situation, she listened and promised to help me as soon as she can can. When I arrived Monday morning she immediately addressed the issue and solved the problem. The staff is very nice ---I recommend WestStar!!

We were on vacation with our camper van and hit an object on the highway and had to be towed into the dealership. We were treated extremely well and they took care of us and our van. A technician even came in early and got us back on the road the next morning. They drove us to and picked us up from the hotel. We can’t thank Carlos and his team enough !! If we lived in Texas, this is where we would buy our vehicles !

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you can go anywhere else do it. This place is a cheat. I brought my car in due to it not wanting to start while traveling through texas. They indicated I needed a starter. I said that it should be covered under the extended warranty. They indicated it was but they didn't have the part in stock. They said they could go to O'Reilly's and get a starter. I said no because my extended warranty is specific to only allowing dodge parts and no after market parts were allowed. They said they got the approval from my extended warranty. I said great and agreed to have the part replaced. The next day my car still would not start. Once I got home back in California, I took it to a trusted dealership where I bought the warranty. This dealership did not call anything in and gave me a bad starter. Now Dodge won't cover the new starter because it has an aftermarket parts on it and it wasn't properly approved before putting it on.

I have been happy with this dealership until today.I had a belt replaced, I supplied the belt and it was the wrong one. The service rep called O'Reilly and had them bring the correct belt. The belt cost around $37 dollars, the dealership charged me $98 dollars for the belt. I know that they need to make a living, but that is an absurd markup. It will be the last time I do business with them.

Horrible customer service, they lie to your face, give you an appointment date and don’t diagnose the vehicle until 8 days later, every time you call to check up they say, it’s going in today sir in the next hour and nothing, made me waste 8 days of my time for them to just plug up there computer and told me the problem Ridiculous!! Don’t bring your vehicle here if you need to know what’s wrong with it right away

If I could leave no stars I would. Needed a key replaced today and they told me over the phone they could. I bought the key on Amazon and let them know I already had the key. I get the Jeep trailered to the dealership and they tell me they can’t do it. They told me I’d have to buy a key from them to get it programmed. The price of that would’ve been $400 plus. Trailered the Jeep to Odessa and got the key programmed and cut for $60. This place will never get my business.

Very Incompetent business. Made a appointment to have a trailer break wire fixed on the pigtail of A brand new truck They denied they made the appointment and then they said we don't work on those trucks it's a Dodge truck it's a Dodge dealership they made appointment. Plus they made me wait 3 weeks to get in to work on it. They lost all of our service work . No more oil changes or service from them. Hopefully they go out of business a d learn not to treat there customers that way.
