Came here from midland to purchase my vehicle, the first day the lady said I could trade in my vehicle and if I were to put a down-payment I wouldn't have the negative amount transferred to my new vehicle next day when I went to sign for the papers a different guy said that they did have to transfer it over which I was expecting in the first place but why even tell me at first that it wouldn't. They also said that they had the oil changed but they still didn't even reset the oil life not a big deal but still your trying to make the sell look as good as possible right, then they said they couldn't have it detailed because there guy got hurt and was not available that day and they would send a detailer to my house to have it detailed but when I asked about it the next day I didn't get a response until 2 weeks later when they called me to let me know my plates where there and if I want to take it in to get it detailed that day, I am not driving a hour there and a hour back just for a detail they promised to have done and on top of that I gave them my address to send over the plates and they just called saying they sent it to the wrong house but is not far from where I live if I want to go get the plates.

The manager is very despotic and arrogant and a super liar… which is Jonathan JIMENEZ…
It brings you around in circles and never solves a problem...
They tell you that they will deliver your car on a certain date and it never arrives.
Never go here..

I was driving from California to Georgia had issues with my Jeep and had to stop in Monohans on a Friday afternoon. I was a bit frustrated and had to spend the weekend in Monohans, TX. Sarahi is the Operation Director and was very compassionate about my situation, she listened and promised to help me as soon as she can can. When I arrived Monday morning she immediately addressed the issue and solved the problem. The staff is very nice ---I recommend WestStar!!

We were on vacation with our camper van and hit an object on the highway and had to be towed into the dealership. We were treated extremely well and they took care of us and our van. A technician even came in early and got us back on the road the next morning. They drove us to and picked us up from the hotel. We can’t thank Carlos and his team enough !! If we lived in Texas, this is where we would buy our vehicles !

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you can go anywhere else do it. This place is a cheat. I brought my car in due to it not wanting to start while traveling through texas. They indicated I needed a starter. I said that it should be covered under the extended warranty. They indicated it was but they didn't have the part in stock. They said they could go to O'Reilly's and get a starter. I said no because my extended warranty is specific to only allowing dodge parts and no after market parts were allowed. They said they got the approval from my extended warranty. I said great and agreed to have the part replaced. The next day my car still would not start. Once I got home back in California, I took it to a trusted dealership where I bought the warranty. This dealership did not call anything in and gave me a bad starter. Now Dodge won't cover the new starter because it has an aftermarket parts on it and it wasn't properly approved before putting it on.

Horrible customer service, they lie to your face, give you an appointment date and don’t diagnose the vehicle until 8 days later, every time you call to check up they say, it’s going in today sir in the next hour and nothing, made me waste 8 days of my time for them to just plug up there computer and told me the problem Ridiculous!! Don’t bring your vehicle here if you need to know what’s wrong with it right away
