Worst experience sold us a Suburban without airbags. Claimed to missed the top paperwork car fax stating it’s been rolled over. We sent in videos where my kids hands are trying to catch the water that was pouring in while trying to get her nice and clean and washed up. We’ve have been trying to be understanding and as transparent giving them a chance to make it wright. We’ll let’s make it right this is a civils matter and will be dealt with according. Thank you but you all need to be aware of this dealership trying to sell as a mom and pop shop.

I purchased a vehicle sight-unseen for the first time and had a really good experience here. Kevin Wood, the executive director, was extremely easy to work and communicate with. He went out of his way to have my new vehicle delivered to my front door 9 hours away. We were able to compromise with each other professionally and without hassle. I greatly appreciate the customer service he and the dealership provided me and would recommend them to any friend. Thank you Kevin and Monahans Chevy GMC.

Would absolutely recommend!!! Tim and Carlos from service were such great help! Through all the obstacles they never gave up on helping us out to get our truck fixed and to find out what was wrong with the truck. Very thankful for all their help!
