I have ben a verizon customer for 15 years I have always paid my bills 700.00 plus I have always upgraded with them today I went in to see bout upgrading 1 phone and adding another and the gentleman that helped me must of Ben in a hurry to leave because I gave him my number and he just kept blowing the screen up and telling me that the one time my card declined that I will not be able to get a phone on credit I was mad I said then I will just cancel all my lines and go else where he just said you do you I just work here instead of trying to help me I just told him I wanted Beth she helps me overtime im in here he said good then I can get out of here and start rudely talking in Spanish to the girl I under stand they have 1000000 of customers but I shouldn't be dismissed like that long story short Beth got me both phones and I will stay with Verizon a Lil longer plus this is the new manger there we are a small town so he needs to be a Lil bit nicer to customers so he doesn't drive all the business elsewhere

It was time to upgrade my phone. I desperately needed one with a good strong signal for work. Super nice ladies working there that put me on the right phone, Google pixel 7 pro. Pricey but exceeded my expectations.
