I posted the earlier, but wanted to make sure my name was on it... I wanted to Thank the manager, (Carlos) for giving my son a job, he is helping him in learning skills that may help him in his life.. Skills like, being on time, to be disrespectful on to others, how to take advantage of spitting in peoples food that come thru the drive-thru that my son may not like, and all the while, they pay him for his training, way to go Team Wendy's... I am sure that he will have all the tools needed to get along good in life...I mean my son brags about his wrong doings.... it's like His "Badge of Honor..."

Very unprofessional. 1030pm Sat Oct 12th 2024
2 girls behind the counter. White girl with purple hair and a black girl. Having personal conversation, giggling and goofing off.
Waiting over 10 minutes for assistance trying to get what little food they had available at the pizza counter before giving up and going to Odessa Loves. Will not be back.

The climb up into your truck. Don't even knock on the door and ask to move. There are no signs showing that it's paid parking. Then they showed me it's not visible. They need to have signs posted stating that it's a paid parking area. They would rather make people move instead of making people move out of the fuel island, which is losing a lot more money than the parking area. Then threatened call police when I told them off this place is a joke.

This Particular Road Ranger has pretty Good Parking All Around So much That an entire Company comes in and out Daily for Food Fuel and showers and pretty much everything. The Loading facility is about 2miles away perfect spot to Park for 8hrs break or maybe just 1 2or 4 hours Break while u wait for next load .the restaurants are decent at Best Close early or something always understaffed or broken and really over priced store .But and Solid convenience for a quick rest till Next load (usually a few hours) Now they want You to Pay For Parking in some spots that are Just as accessible as others .ridiculous local Mangement should be ashamed as well as Corporate

Oh my i hope the Ceo of this travel center sees this.
This is bout the worst truck stop in the world there's no toilet paper or any paper towels, no showers when u need one, ranger associates are rude. The one in Laredo is terrible also it smells like a sewer plant in the inside

Wendy's close at 8:00 p.m., September 2024. The hot food is shut down at 8:00 p.m.. They always have excellent parking. Nice showers.
