The lady name Koko she is rude, I've been here few times and she never knows anything about the products or never wants to validate the promotions, and she made me wait in line for about 10 mins saying she couldn't leave other customers hanging just like that but it was ok to live me hanging just like that. Really bad attitude.

Gentleman was upset when couple of us used the restroom. We REALLY needed to go. He yelled at gentleman who was waiting before me when he went in mens restroom and when I came out from womens, he mumbled something when I told him sorry, needed to go. People need to go.Overall, service was rude. Made stop uncomfortable.

Pilot travel centers are my choice for a bio break on a long drive. They are modern, clean and have all kinds of food choices including healthy options!!!! This makes staying on track easy.Thank you pilot for having healthy choices!

If you ever want something from Subway DO NOT EVER come here. I said it the general manager needs to be TERMINATED this person can’t add 2X2 and understand what he/she needs in order to stay in stock. What an uneducated person.

Very rude staff…advertised price for Dunkin’ Donuts was .29 cents per donut hole. Cashier charged .39 cents per donut hole and I brought it to her attention. She said it was maybe the tax??? There’s no way tax was 10 cents more per donut hole. All 3 cashiers started mumbling and one cashier said I didn’t understand. Simple math, prices were advertised wrong told them they needed to update their prices. One cashier rolled her eyes at me..asked for my receipt and got another dirty look from cashier. Management needs to train staff to be customer friendly!

Great place, the staff is wonderful and always in a good mood. I've been passing through here for a year for breaks, fuel, and food and in my bad days the staff just kill you with kindness. Thanks guys, you all are the best and keep up the great work.

I work in the area and love this store. Staff treats me like family~ I know everyone name and they know me. Its usually always busy, however the staff are always professional and friendly.
