2 stars because the banker Lubna Jany was so nice,smiling and helpful but the manager will give him 0 star very rude,didn’t want to listen to the clients.so mean to his staff.

AVOID this bank. Illiterate staff employed at the counter. Waited about 30 minutes for a cash withdrawal of $400 at the drive through. Staff named Dames could not understand and kept on giving me wrong denomination bills through the tube. It was a hot day yesterday, June 10th around 330pm and no one was at the drive through yet she took much longer time and kept on sending me wrong bills and wasted my family's valuable time. Finally, I got very very old wear and tear bills. I had four children in my vehicle and we all got disappointed on this terrible services. Completely dissatisfied with the services, products and workmanship.

There is a reason why this branch has a 2.4 star rating, because of employees like Veronica Hawkins who is supposed to be friendly, respectful and helpful. She was anything but these things when my husband and I came in to have forms notarized. Having a poor attitude from the moment we sat down, telling us we needed to make an appointment for these type of things (when just 3 days prior I came into the bank to withdraw funds, the teller at the counter specifically said I did not need to make an appointment to get forms notorized), to getting up from her desk and speaking with one of the other bankers saying this is who you need to be taking matters like this to, not her, to cutting us off when we would try to speak. Her overall demeanor and attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I live in this community and have a lot of friends who used to bank at this branch telling me the same exact thing, I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but Veronica’s behavior was unacceptable, to the point where it was outrageous. I couldn’t believe someone could be that rude to someone. It’s really shame, it’s a great location. Maybe the branch manager needs to be closely monitoring how his employees are treating his customers, and act accordingly. So Veronica, I pray you were just having a bad day and you don’t treat every customer like you did my husband and I. Just be a better person, it’s not that hard. Do better!!

Worst branch ever on Saturday. Branch manager is here sees long line and only has one teller at the window. Takes 40 minutes to get through line. This happens every Saturday.

Worst services! Withdrawn $400 on February 14th and teller Veronica placed the currency in one/five/ten/fifty dollar bills in an envelope and handed over to me. To my utter dismay, the majority of the currency found to be damaged so badly, i.e., very old, torn, worn, limp with wrinkles and some corners missing. It looks like Wells Fargo got them from the flood area. I don't have time to return them. Shame on Wells Fargo, a repute bankers in the nation!

It was a Saturday I went to deposit money into IRA account. There was not sufficient staff in the branch and there was only one staff for both counter and drive-thru. There was long que in the branch. Though Manager was trying his best to assist the crowd, but he was unable to reduce the waiting time as there is not sufficient staff. This is the case for almost all welsfargo branches I vis. Management should look into the staffing issue of branches.

Went to Wells Fargo to make a withdrawal for vacation. Took out $2,000. The country being traveled to required 2016 $100 bills or newer. Wells Fargo teller was unable to provide the bills we asked for. We went to the personal banker, she was unable to do anything either.Thankfully, we went a quarter mile down to the TDECU credit union and they happily supplied exactly the bills that we needed. Why do people still bank at Wells Fargo?

Unfortunately, I can’t give it a negative star rating. My wife and my mother in law went to this branch yesterday and was met by the RUDEST banker. “ Adriana “ needs to go to a courtesy class. She needs to pass the class on, “ How to be polite to clients. “ If she acted like this once, I bet she’ll do it again. Her behavior is very unbecoming of a professional. Banks usually have surveillance cameras all over, management can pull the video.
