Don’t go to this place they will have you wait for every I came in with my kids 3 people walked up to me but no one helped they wanted me to wait for this one lady that took years with a person that was sitting there when I walked in like come on people y’all have to do better then that I got up n left with my kids to go to another location it looked bad outside I should have know the in side customer service is poor I got there at 12 something I left at 1:31 at less other banks off you water while you wait n yes very upset about the poor customer service one guy walk in n got see fast the other person was they so call 1pm apt no hello when u walk in nothing

Today is worst day I been with wellfargo since18 now42 I got sum money out ATM machine 2of $20 were all tape up but when I try to deposit it back in same machine it don't want take them that is messed up why I got have tape up money in my pocket and this on july4 too thanks alot for nothing

Unbelievable. There is a lobby of folks waiting to be seen by a branch manager missing in action. FOR HOURS! She’d requested for some of us to return around 1:30 of us just to sign paperwork. Where is she? Is there anyone else who can handle things? How ridiculous. This is such an insult to my time, that once this is read by whomever responds to the negative reviews, please don’t waste any more of it by offering an apology. For a bank this is an eye opener for how Absolutely Positively Blatantly Disrespectful of my time and Money they are.

I came in to get a cashiers check and they informed me that I need to add a signature. I had been using my account for 10 years without a signature, which I'm not sure how thats allowed.No only did they make me wait, they required me to get back in line to add the signature

my wife going to bank just few minitue before and i have my kids with . need service for locker my wife making reqested monday i have flight please open dors just have diffrent may be2-3 minites but not give service this bank staff really rooth and not service good. some time peple understanding custmber service

Usually I favorite this location because of its customer service. I come about 3 times a month. Today however, was a different story. The teller who assisted me was a lady by the lane me steffi. Her body language and the way she looked at me when speaking was extremely rude. She didn’t smile once, her tone was very unpleasant she basically acted as if she didn’t what to be the one that had to help me. She asked if I wanted a envelope for the money order, I replied yes. She threw it up on the Counter instead of putting the money order in the envelope and handing it to me. Then called for the next person while I was still at the window trying to put the money order into the envelope. She should not be interacting with the customers nothing about her says she’s there to assist you with your money!!

This is quite honestly the strangest Wells Fargo bank I've ever been to. The entrance and the whole parking situation is so weird I drove into about four dead ends before I could actually find the real entrance.

Rachel didn't verify which account my checks were supposed to deposit to, I clearly stated that the checks were for my business account but she put my funds into my every day checkings

Customer service is awful. The ATM rejected my transaction after I verified through text. Not only did I risk exposure to Covid-19 by physically going into the bank, the staff was rude and unhelpful.
