This store is now equipped with multiple all new self-service registers for "fast in and out" shopping but it's useless because they have these closed limiting customers to only four registers ??♀️?. There are no employees at the regular registers to check out customers in line so you are forced to get in line at the "self-service" check out but again only four of these are actually available for use. Unfortunately, if you thought this was a fast in and out shopping experience think again about stopping here because you'll have to continue to wait in line longer than expected as some customers have their shopping carts loaded with groceries so if you happen to get in line with a couple of items you'll still end up having to wait longer than you should have. I avoid shopping at this location unless absolutely necessary. ?

Basic Walmart Supercenter, honestly not a lot to elaborate on. Department store goods and groceries with a fuel station.

Customer service is horrible. Waited 2 hours to have 2 tires mounted only to walk outside see my vehicle parked across the parking lot without the new tires. They claimed they couldn't get the locks off the wheel. I took it to the dealership and they had no problem getting them off. I asked Walmart associate why wasn't I notified about my car and she said it is my responsibility to check on my vehicle. I will never buy tires from them again. Walmart Missouri City is trash ?.

Sad day when a store of this size and revenue volume due to the neighborhood location yet FAILS to provide for its disabled customers adequately powered and functioning shopping carts. Of the four we've seen only one works but moves half speed and actually died after three minutes in the store. Not only is my wife unable to shop here due to this, but we frequently witness many disabled folks having to turn around and leave or struggle to walk and shop for their necessities. Walmart MUST fix this immediately or SHAME on them!

this is by far the worst Walmart center I have ever seen, it's definitely managed poorly, 1st of all they are always out or low stock of essential grocery products, many times you have items in stock in store but says out of stock online so you can't have it delivered to you.. their carts storage was almost out of carts yesterday and I had to walk all the way to the end of the storage room to get the cart which was dirty, many times they turn of all light in parking lot 2 hours or more before they close.. it's dark enough that you can hardly see what's around you when you're walking to and from the center to your car, also their workers inside the center are so careless they spread all their big carts to fill up shelves to the point that they block many aisles at least 2 hours before they close, some of their employees also are not really helpful and are rude some times. this center has to be better managed to serve the Missouri area better than this.
