If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience in photo with an employee who refused to actually help. Can't get to management to save our lives. The store refuses to answer their phone, I've called 17 times and to all the departments!

On 01/05/23, I went to buy AT&T prepaid fone card. The male worker with Prime could not get it to activate. I cancelled the sale and tried fof 2 days to get refunded. I was given the run around by both Walmart and AT&T. BTW the girl with Prime at Walmart, on 01/06/23, was so rude, she didn't want to help coz she was 'getting out soon' but i was there at 6:40 pm. Her action was witnessed by a Walmart associate. That's a failed customer servise. She was working on 01/06/23. I will never go back there ever and will tell my family, friends and co workers to stay away from Walmart Missouri city. What an example of poor customer service. She needs to be terminated from work ASAP.

I have been to this Walmart several times and had a few bad experiences in a row. First, I went to buy a light for my car and it was in a locked case. I asked an employee to unlock it and she told me only the register worker had the key. They only had one register worker for an enormous line and she told me that she would not unlock the case until everyone in line checked out. People were checking out there in the auto department with carts full of groceries and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for her to open the case. Second, I went to make a return. When I stepped up to the register, the cashier pointed at me, waved her finer and said "uh uh behind the line." Then, I was not acknowledged for several minutes though there were 3 registers, 3 workers, but only one was working. The other two were standing at their registers talking and eating donuts. Not great customer service all-around, that's for sure.

I'm going to say it, Walmart is not the first place I think of that I want to shop...it isn't the cleanest or have the nicest people working there, but their prices can not be beat. I have been a loyal HEB and Kroger shopper for years, however they keep raising prices and raising prices. Walmart is cheaper by quite a bit on things we buy every week, usually by a dollar or more. When you are buying $200-300 of groceries each week and those savings really add up. The Great Value store brand products have all been great, we especially like the sliced sandwich cheeses and the dairy products such as fruit yogurt, sour cream, and coffee creamer. I have tried to get my produce at Aldi because I heard it was the least expensive, however it never lasts and goes bad...I have never had that happen at Walmart and everything has always been fresh. This location has quite a bit of self checkouts and even has a self checkout area for people who have large baskets full of stuff, not just a few items like most stores. Fyi, the bathroom in the front of the store isn't the cleanest, but they have one in the back of the store near the home repair department and it is always clean.

Very clean store and the members are extremely helpful in finding what you are looking for even if it is not the section that they work at. was very surprised ion attitude change of the employees.

Done go to this walmart. They can't find their own manager (Jeorge). After waiting almost an hour ,of workers calling for a manager on the intercom, radio, telephone I decided to leave . I mean no one else has the authorization to do mark downs.Just go to sienna or sugarland, not recommended. Have it a 3 star because there are people there willing to work

So I know that Walmart isn't your fanciest place to shop but come on people, at least put in some effort. First of all, their restrooms are absolutely filthy. I had to go so badly and couldn't because every toilet had feces smeared on it or was overflowing with filth. Several stall doors did not have a lock on it. After fighting the urge not to vomit, I left and went to pick up the few things I needed. Didn't have a problem until I had to pick up hamburger buns. Where is the bread aisle? There is none so I went to the bakery. No hamburger buns. I then had to go on a scavenger hunt throughout the entire grocery section because I was unable to find someone to help direct me to the elusive buns. I finally came across them in the chip aisle. The chip aisle??? It wasn't even in the main grocery section. Why? This Walmart is a maze. While searching for the forbidden fruit that is the hamburger buns, I picked up a deshedding brush for my dog and a collar for my mom's dog. The collar was priced at 24.99. At the check out aisle the woman tried to ring it up for 59.99. I asked for a price check and she refused. After the ordeal I had just went through I told her to just put it back. It also took forever for the woman to get through two buggies in front of me that had minimal items. She had run out of change and decided to yell out for someone to bring her some, not radio them, yell at the top of her lungs for some woman to come bring her change. We stood there not moving for a good six minutes until she started ringing people up again. She never did get the change. I get home, exhausted from walking around the store after being unable to relieve myself, only to find the brush I had paid for, it is on my receipt that I had paid for it, was not in my bag. Worst Walmart experience ever. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
