I was tired and frustrated when I came to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy and only one was ready. Steven quickly got them filled for me. He worked very hard and made my evening. Thank you Steven for being so efficient.

The pharmacy is inefficient. Been holding 25 min in 1 phone and called thru another line they picked up and transfer me back to another 23 minutes of waiting. Have a prescription for 2 days and need to verify but they don't call the vet office to verify.

This pharmacy gives you so much headache like the wait time here is straight insane. 8 people in line one person in the checkout 5 others in the back like what. The manager walked past the line 2 or 3 times didn’t want to help the customers out. Like it was such a waste of time just coming here. You got prescriptions just take it to some other location.

Ben is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He’s usually snippy but today he was hostile. I don’t understand not displaying professionalism especially if there’s an error on your part.

Visit this Walgreen 2 times. First of all, very very bad manager leave this Walgreen under bad management .- 1st time, I ordered online and pick up here. They gave me totally wrong order with different name on it. My fault to not double check before I take it home. Then I drive back to gave the order back to them and ask for my order. Without saying “Thanks”, they just told me I took my order already, so there is no order for me… I was like “you gave me somebody order, now I’m bringing it back and I want my order back.” They just don’t want to give me my order. So basically I lost ~$30 for this Walgreen. The manager wasn’t even want to take care of my situation but keep chatting with her co-worker.- 2nd time was I want to return an order that I purchased online. They didn’t let me return because there is no paper receipt or something for them to scan. I’m trying to tell them I purchased online, they can enter my phone number or order number. We argued and end up that I have to bring it to different Walgreen to return it.

i tried to get my photo, and their machine was down so it wasn't print. but the staff or manager did not apologize for that, instead, he said I couldn't find ur photo, what do u want me to do, make up a photo for you?if walgreens staff had a bad day, that shouldn't be the excuse.
