Disappointed in this location. Online and the phone service still lists the pharmacy as being open until 8 on weekdays. Well what a surprise it was when I pulled up to pick up medicine only to find the hours have changed to 7pm. I called the store and the associate had to put me on hold to find out what time the pharmacy opened. An update would be nice.

I came to this location today and bought a gallon of milk. The expiration date is still 2-3 days from now and the milk is completely spoiled. I’m 8 months pregnant and just consumed spoiled milk because this is the product that’s being put out by this company. The city health department needs to come and inspect this location the same way they did the one on west airport. Completely unbelievable.

This pharmacy is awful, do not do business here. More than I've time I have been very sick and had a prescription sent there, they don't have it in stock, but neglect to let me know, nor update the status in the app. They do not care about their patients at all. If I had not called to check both times I imagine they would still be "in progress".

Girl name Cindy was on the phone the entire time talking to her friend. Very unprofessional and has no work ethics. Management should train their employees more carefully!

Terrible pharmacy. Came in for my scheduled vaccine appointment and waited over 30 minutes to be seen.

I have purchased now THREE Visa cards at this location and NONE work.2 gift cards for my employee that did not work.1 gift card for a friend that did not work.Now we are having to go through the Visa company and dispute/submit a case to try and get our refund for around $400.Such an inconvenience! NEVER purchase a gift card from here again.

Wish I could give zero stars. They are horrible here. They verbally told me that I was paying for my full prescription, but that it was on back order, so they could only give me 2 out of the 4. I went back today to pick up the other 2, which I already paid for, and they are refusing to give me my medication. When I checked the information on the bag from the last time I went, and picked up the 2 out of 4, I can see that they marked it as a quantity of only 2, yet still charged my the price of 4. I will be contacting their corporate offices and if I still do not get a refund, I will be taking legal action. This is unacceptable and the way in which they spoke to me while addressing the situation, and to their customers in general, is absolutely disgusting.

I dropped off my prescription at this Walgreens drug store and they as well as their APP kept saying they were out of it and they would get it filled in a few days. 4 days later it still wasn't filled and I was now told IT WASN'T A PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE IT'S AN OTC-Over the Counter medication from the very beginning! Really? I was kept waiting for 4 days and nobody recognized this ! Then even after I called to file a complaint the first time NO ON EVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME. When I called again about 3 days later their customer service rep wasn't able to ever find my first complaint. Total incompetent at every level here.

The worst. I just moved my prescriptions to HEB and soon the rest of family and mom ( about 30 a month). Picked up my prescriptions from HEB with a big smile.The place is going downhill and service at the pharmacy is very bad with the exception of one African American Tech.Nobody cares. Try HEB or Kroger’s. Big difference. I can say a lot more but maybe I will save it to the district manager when I call him.The previous pharmacy manager, Linda was good. She will be missed at the location. Present staff do not care. No wonder Walgreens stock price is at the lowest in 14 years !

Came here made a few purchases, mind you several items were buy one get 2nd half offi get to the register the lady working the cashier insist otherwise. A Co worker even checked and confirmed I was right however cashier says no so I told her just give me the other items and leave the rest. Ridiculous that a cashier really act like she sets Price's REMOVE ALL PRICE TAGS marking 50 percent off!!!

I LOOOOVE this Walgreens!! I work nearby and love coming here. They always have the best squishmallows and the staff is beyond kind. Rosemary, one of the cashiers, might just be the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. They are always well stocked and have a great variety of seasonal items, great makeup selection, and always have plants. It’s such a cute place and I really hope you stop by and leave them a nice review too : )A lot of the negative reviews are old and I simply can’t speak on the pharmacy because I’ve never been to it. The retail side is awesome though and so is the staff!
