picked up my dress from the cleaners and when I took it out to put it on their were holes all over the front of the dress. this fabric cannot be fixed. This was a $100 dress that they ruined and my husbands dress shirt had iron lines all over it. My 5 year old irons better than this

(May 4, 2023) was my last day as a customer of VIP Cleaners located at 3788 Cartwright in Missouri City. I had been a regular weekly customer for a couple of years. Three months ago they lost a pair of $93 slacks, and yesterday they closed the incident by giving me a check for $36.15. Even though I brought them a receipt documenting the price I paid for the slacks, they only refunded me (10x) the cost of the cleaning for the item. I waited (3) months at their request to give them "time" to see if somebody returns the slacks, but nobody did. Therefore; I went (3) months without the use of my slacks, and only ended up with 1/3 the replacement cost of the slacks! Very poorly run and managed business. I experienced the same issue as others that have posted here, that the "Owner" only comes in on "Saturdays", and he is the decision maker on all the complaints. I jumped through a number of hurdles to resolve my issue, after all, I was just a paying regular customer, but at the end of the day the "Saturday Only Owner" screwed me like he has done to others that have posted here and I am sure others that did not post here. Missouri City does not need such poorly managed owner operated small businesses like this one. To make matters worse; when I picked up my dry cleaning items yesterday, they hit me with an "accumulated bill", a "bar tab type" of system for all the cleaning that I thought they were doing complimentary because of their failure to keep my slacks in their custody while they are cleaning them, turns out they were only providing me with a "delayed payment type of arrangement" until they determined the right way to resolve this problem. In summary; they lost my slacks, provided partial restitution equal to 39% of my new slacks, charged me for my dry cleaning during the interim time period, and did not offer any incentive or credit for them failing to keep my slacks in their custody while providing their dry cleaning services. What a terrible way to handle regular customers, and resolve customer complaints. Do your clothes a favor and find a dry cleaner provider that has a more modern approach to running a business that will provide you with peace of mind the next time you drop your clothes off and know that if there is an issue, that it will be handled in a more equitable manner.

Not a professional dry cleaners. Two Italian suits ruined. Completely shrunk. Whoever is using their machines does NOT know what they are doing. Do not skimp on quality dry cleaners. Very disappointed.

Do not I repeat. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY NEVER ON TIME AND HAS LOST MY CLOTHES FOR THE LAST TIME. THEY BBC HAVE EVEN GIVEN ME OTHER PEOPLE CLOTHES. TAKE HEED AT WHAT IM SAYING.

Went to pick up my clothes last week and I have a nice linen shirt that they melted three buttons off completely and did not tell me. The shirt was new and expensive. Will not be going back.

5 star service all the way. Very grateful to have a reliable neighborhood dry cleaner. I saw reviews about their pricing, having moved from the city these prices are definitely less expensive. I feel they are fair in pricing and The staff is friendly.

I called to see if their hours because obviously its not online here... They were rude the first few seconds, got mad at me because all I hear is oriental music and I couldn’t hear. Didn’t even make it up there to use them. It was a female.

I took my 2 tailored shirts to be cleaned and they burnt the cuffs and collars, and then said they didn't do it. They are the worst dry cleaners in Missouri City and I wouldn't recommend this cleaners because they don't honor their work.

I lost a shirt from this location in second week of Dec 2019. I went asked them about the process to compensate me. They advised me to come on Saturday and the owner or supervisor is only available on Saturday only. I requested for the phone number of the responsible person so I can talk to them. The lady always gives business card with the location phone number. I called the phone multiple times on Saturdays and it is not reachable on Saturday. I went to them three days f to get some answers on where is my missing shirt. The lady lady was very rude and told me that you attitude is not good and was not anyway trying to solve the issue or giving me an answer. Yesterday I again went over to dry-clean my shirt again at the same location. Same rude attitude on asking about the missing shirt and advising me to call on Saturday. I tried to reach atleast eight times today and not reachable on the locatiion phone. I will never go back to them as they do not even apologize on missing shirt and still showing a bad attitude by advising the customer to come back on Saturdays and talk owner/ manager.
