Had a great experience at Victra. We upgraded our teenager's phone from a Samsung A50 to an iPhone 15, and the team did a great job finding us a trade-in deal for such an old phone. Mike (sales associate), Mike (manager) and Matt (sales associate) were all very helpful and provided great customer service. We did have to wait for a bit, but the level of service provided to each customer is worth the wait!

I just switched from t mobile to Verizon. Let me just say Matthew was extremely helpful! He made sure I left with no questions and has a great personality! All of the staff members were really nice! Big shoutout to Matthew I’ll be back to add my daughter a line! 10/10 highly recommended.

Don’t go here! Staff lacked the ability to answer basic questions about Apple. Very under staffed. Very long waiting time. Not helpful at all. Ended up spending about 2 hours here and they were unable to transfer all my data to a new phone. They wouldn’t refund my money for the transfer fee even though they didn’t transfer anything. Ended up having to make a trip to another Verizon and they quickly made the transfer. Save your time and go to Lake Jackson!

WARNING DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE , THIS IS FOR FORT BEND COUNTYRESIDENTS AND ENTIRE TEXAS OR EVEN US. I WAS SCAMMED AT THIS PLACE, SIGNED UP FOR 4 LINES WITH IPHONE $1000 OFF FOR EACH TRADED PHONE IN ANY CONDITION. I TRADED MY 4 PHONES 0N 12/7/2023 AND I HAVE PROOF, BUT THIS STORE NEVER PROCESSED IT AND NOW I OWE THEM $4000. I CALLED VERIZON SEVEREAL TIMES ANDBEEN TO THIS MISSOURI CITY LOCATION . THIS IS DAY LIGHT STEALING, IF SOME ONE ACCIDENTLY WALK AWAY WITH A PRODUCT THEY WOULD CALL POLICE. BUT ITS THE SAME THING I SHOULD CALL POLICE AND HAVE THEM ARRESTED FOR THEFT.
