Excellent customer service by Kobe - had 2 other customers in the store and multi - tasked to get everyone on their way. He is a 5 but store could look into two personnel on the weekend.

Walked in to inquire about a new phone and the two employees continued having a conversation between themselves about an auto loan and interest rates. To be clear, I was the only customer in the store with the two employees sat at the registers. After my initial query, they mostly ignored me and carried on in their conversation. I wasn't able to gain their attention when I needed guidance on issues with the phone pop-ups they were sending me. A few actually timed out because they took so long to acknowledge me speaking to them. So yeah... they weren't interested or even looking at me right in front of them, and I wasn't interested in fighting for their attention, so I left. The end.Update: The woman that was "helping me" used my phone information the following day to call me and asked me to explain my review. I asked to talk to a manager because I felt that that was inappropriate and she said she was the manager. At the end of the day, karma will sort this one out, I'm sure. It is a little unnerving that she used my private information though.
