This location is by far the worst UPS store I have ever been to. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The employees clearly hate their jobs. They are all miserable and unpleasant. There is always a long wait with lines out the door. Twice I have gotten alerts or a call that my package was delivered to this location specifically by TMobile because a signature is required and I am a UPS Choice member. When went to pick it up they act like they have no idea what I talking about. Eventhough, I showed them the alert annd the tracking. I even called customer service and suddenly no one knew where my package was. Miraculously week later the package appears out of thin air and no one knowers what happened. They try to charge me a $10 holding fee. T-Mobile informed me that am NOT required to pay this fee and I did not. I also called UPS Customer service to ask about the $10 holding fee and they had no idea what I was talking about.
Currently, I awaiting another package from T-mobile that requires a signature. This time I got a call a call from this location telling me that I have another package and I have to pay $10. I told her I’m a UPS Choice member and T-Mobile requires a signature. I told her I would not pay the fee. When I went to get my package today. Of course, they said they have no package for me. The workers at this location play games with customers packages sending us wild goose chases for yo find our items. Only for them to send another alert about a week later that my package has an arrived. I’m leaving the location as we speak because the exact same situation just happened again. Currently, they have signs on all the windows saying they can’t take Amazon returns which just another example of the horrible services. At least 5 people walked in after me and had to turn around and leave because they wasted a trip. Do not waste your time coming to this location.

Male employee wouldn’t scan my Amazon return even though it was supposed to be through ups and had a ups tracking number already on the package

This UPS store is typically where I go to return my Amazon products. I typically have a great experience with the employees except for one. The lady who typically works in the back (Caucasian with long dark hair). She is very unpleasant, lacks great customer service and doesn’t like her job. I am writing this review because this time around, I needed notary services and apparently she is the only notary, so I had to rely on her for services. When her colleagues told her notary was needed, she got upset and refused to come from the back of the store to the front to assist. When we asked to speak with her directly, we are in her line of sight, she never acknowledged us and literally talked to another employee to send the message that she’s “busy doing something else.”
Based on other reviews, this woman does not like to notarize. I’m writing this review in hopes the owners of this franchise will see this and perhaps get another employee that can notarize documents.

I have the up most respect for everyone at this UPS location. The volume of packages these guys have to deal with are horrific. That also means they have to deal with the same volume of personalities. Great job guys. Give yourself a pat on your own back. Keep up the great work!!

Matthew and his trainer were saints! I came in with some complicated Docs to get notarized and they both took great care of me. I probably took longer than most customers do since I had so many questions, but they were so kind and patient. Thank you!

Not sure how many people were in the back, but no other customers were in the store. No one acknowledged me coming in. I went around the corner because I could hear someone. I said hello. The rude girl looked at me, didn’t say anything and walked toward the back and said “man, I’m on break! I literary just said I was on break”. At that point, I grabbed the box I was planning to ship and left. Unacceptable!

The attendee was very friendly, gave me all the information related to my parcel, insurance, packaging and signing shipment, meet all my expectations. Very friendly and polite treatment, all the services required were available and I am glad for the service I received.

Top-notch, 5-star service! I have always had great service at this location over the years. Recently, I needed items printed prior to an early-morning flight so I came in minutes before closing. Linda was excellent. She was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. All 3 staff members were professional and helpful. They certainly went above the normal standards to assist me and exceeded my expectations.
There was trouble printing due to the formatting of my documents. Linda came up w/ a solution, took her time even after the store had closed and ensured I was all set for my trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Truly appreciate Linda at store 6085 for assisting me with many of my packages. The latest was a scare and she got it there just in time. UPS has always been my preferred carrier service, but Linda’s amazing customer service definitely added to my great experience!

Made appointment to get passport photo and there is nobody there to take passport photo. Told they don’t work Saturdays. The web site should state this and not allow people to book appointments on Saturdays.
