When i take there labeled packages , they made up a new rule that i have to bring a form where i need to scan all of the packages for them and give them that paper so they would not do their job ! They make up problens just to avoid people going there so they can drink some more coffee!!!

Fearful my package will be stolen...heard bad things about Missouri TX postal service. My sister's birthday gift is important as she had a massive heart attack on March 8th. We hadn't spoke in 14 plus years. Do they realize the seriousness of mail, leave it to sit or just steal it like alot postal workers?

Been selling online for years, but now when I see this place gets my mail it causes so many issues! I absolutely cannot stand this office. They hold my packages for upwards of a WEEK which has caused me 100s of dollars as the buyer then has the option to cancel if there is no update scan, even after it's been shipped out! But after it gets sent out from the office, which can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, my buyers end up getting their stuff for free. THANKS GUYS, I'M ALREADY MAKING PEANUTS between the cost of materials and seller fees online. I can't ever get anyone to pick up the phone. Makes my packages take 3+ weeks to be delivered when I advertise 3-5 shipping, which is normally the case when my mail IS NOT processed through the facility. I have genuinely lost hundreds of dollars because of this post office due to this issue, and now have to use more expensive shipping through FedEx (which is less convenient because I have to drive way out to find a drop off place). So sick of hearing about "the post office is backed up" when all these other post offices in the area are shipping their stuff out just fine! It has to be the management, schedules, employees or something else. Either way DO BETTER!!! People are relying on you for their livelihood!!!Edit: I also want to share that a few months ago a small package from my uncle showed up at my house after being processed through this facility, and it had been OPENED, the seal was broken. I have never had this happen in almost 20 years of using USPS services back and forth. I called him to ask what it was and he was so saddened, he had sent me a $100 gas gift card along with the letter! How deeply disgusting and unacceptable, my uncle is not a well off man and this gift was to help me with working. The employees here need to be federally investigated, I'm talking FBI. What disgusting and evil behavior it is, not to mention a felony!

We spoke to the manager, Valerie several times several times for mail that was supposed to be forwarded. We called when we were not receiving the forwarded mail for 6 weeks. It's been about 3 months now. When we returned to our address we went to the post office. They said we had no mail, although we have "informed delivery" and can see the mail coming. I guess we will have to update our ongoing federal investigation of that post office. Likely we keep all the peoples names we have talked to for the past 3 months. Incompetent. Hope the feds help. lol

Where is the star zero?we request for a new key or change the mail box request 45 days and still not done.we missed many mails and stuck.The manager is ready to talk nicely says in we will fix the issue in a week the same would tell next week.but work is not done even after 45 days.In other scenario in 6 months ago,my DL returned 2 times to the Texas dps saying my address was not right.I have no idea,how many days I visited this office to fix that issue.Finally I got fedex to deliver my DL to my address..What kind of people are working here?

This post office is in a nice neighborhood yet,this office is so dirty it's unbelievable for a Government facility to be looking like this. Post offices that are NOT In nice neighborhood don't look this bad and nasty.

The manager of this Post Office should be fired. They have many of my packages on hold for no reason. This location should be closed until they get the sorting figured out.

This might just be the absolute worst USPS in the nation. I have had a package come from the same vendor twice and once it hits this post office it just stops there. Sits for a week before I have to call the vendor and explain the USPS isn’t delivering. They had to physically go to that USPS and retrieve the pacakage just to re-ship it FED-EX. I am currently waiting on a package that is sitting there now! Been there 5 days!Idk about you folks but, I am calling their post master and if need be going to call the office of the post master general.

Dropped off a package to the UPS store on 12/19 where this USPS picks up from. Was told the package would be picked up the next day. The package still has not been scanned and is in pre-shipment. I’m unable to track it. Went to the location for assistance and received no help.

This location seems to keep losing my packages, if you have a package that says it hit this location you should probably go ahead and start the process for lost mail, seems to get stolen from here, a LOT

You have my medicine and I need it now! It is over a week late! This facility is mismanaged and poorly operated. You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't respond to emails! This is ridiculous! You are playing with people's lives! I suggest finding another way of sending prescriptions and packages. This facility can't be trusted! If I could give negative stars, I would!

I have multiple packages that were shipped to me near the beginning of the month, they to Missouri city around the 8th-10th, and are STILL sitting at the Missouri City center. This is ridiculous that because USPS wanted to make the Missouri City centers the new sorting/transit hub for Houston, that all of us in Missouri City are suffering to get our mail on time. We need Rep. Al Green to make another inspection of the Missouri City facilities. Either get it together USPS or fire whoever is in charge and get someone more competent.
