The UPS Post Office here is exceptional! The staff is always friendly, and efficient, and goes above and beyond to assist with every need. The facility is clean and well-organized, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I’m consistently impressed with their professionalism and prompt service. Rema the manager is exceptional.It's my go-to place for all shipping needs. Highly recommended!

I recently visited the UPS Store at this Location, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the Owners.
The store was impeccably clean and organized, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit.
I had several packages to ship, and employee/owner was incredibly helpful and efficient. They took the time to ensure that my items were properly packaged and labeled, and they offered me a range of shipping options to fit my budget and timeline. What really stood out was their attention to detail and their genuine care for my needs.
In addition to their excellent customer service, the UPS Store offers a wide array of services, from printing and copying to mailbox rentals. It’s truly a one-stop-shop for all your shipping and office needs. I also appreciated the convenient location and ample parking, which made my visit even more hassle-free. It is also handicapped accessible.
Overall, I can't recommend this UPS Store enough. The outstanding service provided from owner and the entire team truly sets them apart from other shipping centers. Whether you need to send a package, print important documents, or just need some expert advice, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning for all my future shipping and office needs. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant!

THIEFS AN EMPLOYEE KEPT OPENING MY MAIL STEALING MY CREDIT CARDS OVER AND OVER UNTIL I CHANGED BUSINESS ADDRESS. Every time I call the store I get put on hold. An investigation is underway. Reema Patel has been NO HELP!

I asked the staff members to cover up my contact info on my package and they failed to do so after telling me that they would be able to. I wish that they had informed me by call or email if they could not do it. It was also a failure on my side by ensuring that my details were not on the label but I did ask them multiple times to cover up my info to make sure my details were not on the package.
