“I showed up last minute for a tire repair or something to help me get home as my tire just found a huge bolt in the middle of it. The guy was on the phone when I walked in and still acknowledged me and gave me a few options to help me. They were understaffed and busy due to it being graduation night. Still, I was greeted with a smile and they happily offered to put my spare on for me since they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me until Monday morning. They didn’t charge me a dime for this kind gesture, and they gave me amazing customer service even with the circumstances. They will be receiving my business from now on! “The service was good overall, but the price felt high. I paid $33 just to mount and balance a new tire that I already bought online. I don’t know if it’s inflation or just a different era, but I remember paying around $20 for the same service in the past.
That said, the guy who helped me was super nice and respectful, and the work was done without any issues. If prices were a bit lower, I’d have no complaints.”
