Texas Pride used to be one of the best places to get wash and detailing for your vehicle but not anymore. In the 10 years I’ve been coming here, this last visit was the absolute worst. When I came in the older gentleman at the front said it would be $200 to shampoo my seats and floor. I have had detailing done here quite a few times and knew he was lying. On top of that he tried to act like the wash was a separate charge and not apart of the package. I verified the price with management when I called in and they said it was $139 for that detail package.

Every time I come the service get worse. My car is never clean and I then it is light my car will get overlooked for them drying it. I promise this is the last time.b

Got a good deal on Texas Pride wash with additions. But I use them a lot since the Hand Car place on Westhiemer closed down.

Don't waste your money with these people. They half cleaned my truck I have black rims on my truck the guy didn't even wipe them down and they do t do refunds and when you complain they get an attitude. You have been warned!!!!

Yesterday was my first time coming here, and I can definitely say I will be coming back. My car is super clean outside and in! And they handle everything for you! All you do is pay and sit back !

Had a terrific experience there this morning after "motor oil on cloth seats" incident. Mark and the team there are very accommodating and were able to fix my issue.

Have been a customer for years and years. Drive 20 miles round trip. Wife took her new car in and after arriving home noted that the hood still had debris. I thought..never happen to me. I went yesterday and guess what??? Same thing. Yellow spots from pollen or whatever. I pointed it out and the attendant half heartedly cleaned it. So, I went for water spots. No rain for weeks. Last night it "rained" just enough to water spot it. Called today. Was told..We do not offer raincheck. Only if you join the club. Well folks..sorry to say...my last 20 mile drive to see you. Never inquired about rain check, so partly my fault. But for the price...maybe they ought to take care of it once in a while. Their loss.

They do a good job of washing and cleaning the interior of your vehicle. You will pay extra for a full detail but I keep my vehicle pretty clean between visits. I am happy with the service since I physically can no longer wash or stay out in the heat to do it myself.

The service is at his place has gotten worse over the yrs. I’ve been coming here for years . The older guy that you encounter when first arriving have no problem adding on extras but have no authority when it comes to them half cleaning. My last car wash was $61 and they didn’t clean the cup holder ! Small suv Audi Q3 . .all their workers seem to be recovering addicts or addicts . Wouldn’t recommend this placeServices: Auto detailing

I dropped my SUV off this morning, 7/20, at 8:30am and picked the detail package 1 - which includes a full car wash, wax and then cleaning of either the carpet or of the seats. I picked the seats (I have the expensive Chevy floor mats that cover the carpet and a two year old that sits in the SEATS….with another child that is due tomorrow - 7/21). Total cost = $90. I called at 10:50 to check the status & the front desk rep said she would check & call me back. I never received a call. I called back at 12:50 and was told they were really backed up and it would be ready soon. I then received a call at about 2:40 & was told my car was ready & the carpet has been washed. I said wait, I asked for the seats to be washed..not the carpet because again - I have the expensive carpet mats. I was put on hold and then the service guy the took my order got on the phone and said he knows that I specifically said carpet - and I said no I didn’t. That doesn’t even make sense since I have carpet covers! He then said they can clean my seats but it will be an additional $60.At this point, I am so frustrated and told him that this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in having my car washed. I wanted my car cleaned and seats washed since I’m literally having my second child tomorrow. I wanted the seats cleaned before I put in both car seats. I’m shocked at how long it took to even clean my car and then the service has been horrible too. As a first time customer, I will not be retuning to this business.

An old rude man under the entrance gave me an uncomfortable and abrasive bad attitude. Bad service and not much more. Plenty of other car washes to choose from. I will not be back

It’s a real quick car wash when I say you go in and out in 30 minutes! The package I got was the rodeo one it comes included with the VACUUM and DUSTING OF DOORS AND DASHBOARD and cleaning of WINDOWS well apparently the only thing that was done correctly was the wash !!! Good thing I checked everything before I left because it was not vacuumed on the backseat trash under the seats windows still dirty the supervisor was just walking back and forward with the phone on his hand the whole time !!! Not even checking on the cars ! Will not be back .

Have used this place for several years but unfortunately will not be going back. The inside wasn't vacuumed properly nothing was wiped down. Only the outside looked fairly decent but I can pay $13 at the Valero gas station and basically get the same thing.
