My windshield was cracked after they washed it. Claimed it wasn’t their fault. My windshield wasn’t cracked when I got there! Plus their quality of cleaning is not good. Dirt still all over the place.

When you and your significant other come and get both cars washed at a total of $120 dollars and also give a $40 dollar tip you expect things to be clean. My dashboard and seats were still dirty! Window still dirty. Came back today 6/31 and the guy who did it yesterday said he got me. Why I get back in my car and it is still the same stains and dirt. Do I asked him to give me the towel and I wiped my own car insides down! This is sad. Will not be coming back and my guy doesn't like to complain but his car wasn't clean inside correctly either! But he said he will do it himself.

I was about to get my car washed but left it’s a weather advisory for this heat and I just couldn’t not see myself having other humans working in this type of Texas heat. I love coming here and will certainly continue to get my business this post is for the workers please get them some tents or coverage from this direct sunlight. It’s unbearable out in the summer. I hope this post can make a difference for them GOD Bless anyone having to work out in this fire

This place is terrible. I gave them 3 try’s before posting. On Aug 5, 2024 I went in around 1PM, spent $70 on a carwash and interior cleaning with carpet shampoo. The outside of my car was ok, I watched as the guy doing the interior cleaning sat and played on his phone. They never wiped the dash or console. Only cleaned half of my windshield from the interior. He did not even wipe down the interior doors or windows. I waited 2 hours thinking my car would be clean but unfortunately they didn’t even do a halfway decent job. I don’t recommend using this carwash.

Made a bad decision and took my car to the Missouri City location. They were very busy so a long wait was expected but bad service was not. They have no organization in regards to how they line up cars once they are washed. More than 6 cars that came well after me where done before my car was touched. They work with no sense of urgency nor do they do a good job. My front and back window wasn't cleaned, it was just overall bad service. An hour and a half wait for a bad car wash. Lesson learned! They need new ownership, new management, new staff and new attitudes. Do not waste your money or time!

Came here today and I was extremely disappointed. The guy washing my car was acting like he was doing me a favor. My car wasn’t cleaned , dashboard not touched at all. No job done l. Just take ppls money and do no job.1

It’s a shame I spent $60 dollars yesterday on a detail wash it rained over night . So I called to see if maybe I can go in for a quick pass to get the water spots off . I was cut off by No No No , No contract No rewash . First time and last time coming here
