Worst drive up experience. Over 35 minutes waiting for a drive up parking spot because there associates are very slow. They were 3 associates who looked clueless and just standing next to the drive up sign and looking at each other.

I wanted to Thank Alexi in customer service for her excellent service. She helped me with a pair of black slacks that has a hole in them. She was so sweet and over heard I was ordering an Uber and she made sure to place my items perfectly in 2 bags! I had my son and a booster seat. I appreciate the time she took for me and my child. Thank you Alexi.

I just love going to Target to get my Essentials. They are very reasonable in cost. I also was able to use my Target gift card that I received for my Olay products.

Help !help! Target corporation pleaseMy husband was coined $3000 from people identified them over the phone as FBI told him to buy target gift card $500 each and gave the access code to them . Instantly the gift cards were spend to purchase merchandised from target. Only target allowed gift card with $500 no other stores have that kind of access. We talked to the managers and found out that the gift cards sI recommend do not buy gift card at target

I took my mom over here today after her eye appointment. We were greeted by the manager Lily who immediately took my mom's prescription and began asking her what she was looking for. My mom told her she was looking for something similar to what she had on, to which Lily immediately said "those look like they're from the 70s!". At first I was taken aback hearing this from her. Lily continued to show my mom glasses that were not close to what my mom had wanted, but we were understanding and went along with it. My mom tried on a few pairs that Lily showed her. When my mom expressed that she wasn't really liking any of them Lily then said "we're very fashionable here, we don't sell ones like the one you have". Again, VERY RUDE. I then told Lily that my mom had just bought this pair a little over a year ago and that we weren't looking for an identical frame, but anything similar would be nice. Lily then again stated "well like I said, the ones your mom has on are from the 70s, no one sells anything like that anymore" (this time in a more rude way). Ofcourse my mom and I knew at that point that this wasn't going very well, told Lily to have a great day and left. I can't believe a manager can be so sarcastically rude! She's probably around the same age as my mom, you would think she'd be a little courteous, but no. Please steer away from this place, and more importantly stay clear of Lily!!!

I absolutely love this place and the missouri city location is my fave. CJ the manager has the best personality and customer service skills. If he wasn't already the manager I'd definitely say a promotion was in order! He made my trip not only pleasant but went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I was going to return anyway but he makes me not want to ever go to any other location. Thanks CJ for being one on the best parts of Target.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Target yet. This place is my place. When I feel like I need to get out of the house, this is where my mind (and heart) takes me. Target is legit my happy place. The clothes are SO cute, comfy, and affordable. Most of my clothes are from here. No shame. Also, their PJ's are the best out there. Their underwear puts shame on Victoria's Secret's 5/$25 deal because they have a 5/$20 deal that has more options, is organized SO well, and is flattering for most body types. Speaking of expensive stores, their workout clothes are AMAZING. No need to spend $$$ at LuLu Lemon when you have the same type of styles here for a fraction of the cost. Who needs the mall when you have Target. Seriously. Another favorite thing about Target is just the ambiance. Something about all that red just makes me feel calm. As a Type A person who LOVES organization, I love seeing how neat everything always is. The shopping carts always roll so smoothly, everything is always so neatly organized in the shelves, the cashiers are always so sweet and polite. It's just an all around smooth experience.

I'm so shocked at the reviews! Susy helped me pick some glasses out the other day, and she was so awesome and thorough! I usually go to VisionWorks, but I will be coming here just because of her now.We were the first ones in there today, but two other people came in shortly after us & she handled being the only one there so well. She was sooooo polite, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you, Susy! I can't wait until my glasses come in!****Seriously, Susy, if you change locations or leave I NEED TO KNOW!!

I purchased frames only from this Target Optical 12/28/18 it took a month for them to come in. During the process the associates never communicated with me informing updates on the frame I had to call them. Also, that lady name Lillie with her so called "50 years experience" is rude and shouldn't be working in retail PERIOD because of her I'm taking my business to The Sugar Land Target.

I have been going to the Missouri City Target Optical location for many years. My circumstances are tricky because I travel quite a bit. Suzy always goes above and beyond for me. It's not always perfect but nothing in life is. They always try their best to make it right. I would highly recommend this location. Ask for Suzy. She is very professional and kind.

Thank you, dear baby Jesus for having this location near me. LOL! I was leaving for a trip to the DR a few weeks ago and needed some last minute items. Target in the clutch for the WIN! I was able to find the perfect pair of cutoff jeans,bug spray, floppy poolside hat and sandals. Where else can all this happen for a decent price? NOWHERE! Chez Target gets my vote every time! WINNER!

There is a post under this thread that yelp listed as "not recommended". Read it. It mirrors my post, except the sales woman to avoid is an older woman, African American,gray hair with glasses, whose name starts with L. AVOID HER. She flat lied about applying my insurance discounts-trying to make me think they were not applicable and pay full price. Odd, my spouse purchased glasses the week before with the same ins. He had no problems and he had Suzy help him. L. told me they were "required by FDA to put a polish coating on my frameless glasses. She would not let me buy them unless I paid the "mandatory" extra $20. They would cut up my face without it, she said, Target does not sell them without the polish. She lied about 3 other things trying to convince me to upgrade my lens choice. sheesh.

Was picking up a few items this afternoon. One of the items I was looking for was not stocked on the shelf. A nice young lady - unfortunately do not remember her name - asked if I needed assistance. I explained to her what I was looking for and she immediately scanned the label, discovered they indeed had some in their storeroom, and went to retrieve the items for me. You definitely don't get this TOP NOTCH service at Walmart. Great job to the staff as well as the Management for properly training their employees in Customer Service.

I was able to get in and out considering I was shopping on back to school weekend. I wish target at some point gets more stylish clothing instead of just the t-shirt vibe and stuff for plus's size and pregnant girl.

This place has terrible customer service. They are not helpful at all and everyone who works here, including the manager, has a very rude attitude. I had a problem with my eye glasses and took it back to see what was going on and the manager, instead of helping me, all she did was give me reasons that maybe I was the problem and not the glasses. She was rude and acted as though I was stupid. Never ever going back here again. Please, save yourself a completely unsatisfactory trip and go somewhere else. Not worth your time, money or energy!
