Quality service, sold me what I needed, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t. They were out of Mobile 1 Synthetic is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars

Do not ever go to this location - there’s always something bad going on there. I’m convinced whomever they hire there really does not want to work. They are worthless for the most part. This time, it was a rude, rude attendant. I just drove off.
It’s a shame too because I’m a loyal take 5 customer and have been to many different locations. This is the only one there are issues at. To date, I’ve attempted to go there for now the 5th time and I still don’t recall me NOT having to drive off.

stopped going here after a couple of incidents. the worst one was the guy forgot to cover the engine filter. when i drove off, it was struggling to move on hwy 6. it wont' reach 50mph. drove back and they fixed it. i guess that's what you expect when it's done hastily.

Fast service and great customer services. The individual who completed my oil change was very attentive, appears to love his job. Offered bottled water during the wait.

Daniel and his team did such an awesome job on my oil change. I went there at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon and there wasn’t even a long wait, they saw me pretty fast. I will be going back there for my next oil change.

After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes the technician said they didn’t have a filter to fit my vehicle. I went to Auto Zone to get a filter and returned. They only had the most expensive oil available for my vehicle (BMW). After oil changed the technician said they couldn’t deduct the cost of the filter and I had to pay full price. $160 for an oil change. My last visit to this location.

The staff here is very unorganized and I would not recommend. I went for a normal oil change on my hour lunch break which was time wasted. The guy gets under my hood just to tell me the socket needed specifically for my car has been “misplaced” or “stolen” by staff. Red flag. The kind person I am, I went to purchase the socket from O’Rileys with MY money just for them to tell me the tool they recommended me to get was going to strip my bolt. The issue here is I asked the staff several times what type of socket was needed - I purchased a 1 1/4 12 point and what my car needed was 1 1/4 6 point. This information was vital and left out but I shouldn’t have been doing their jobs for them anyways. Another red flag. So at this point, staff had two hours to go to Auto Zone which they have a commercial account with to accommodate the customers needs and get tools however all the guys there failed and lost a customer. So that being said, if you need a 1 1/4 or 36mm socket 6 point, they ain’t gone have it and you should take your business elsewhere. From a dissatisfied customer that went out the way and still left disappointed.
Take 5 in Stafford is a much better establishment, they offer water, have TOOLS, get you in and out and you should go there instead this crappy managed one :)
