Very disappointed and ive come here in the past and have had great service but, came in for a simple oil change and they already knew what oil I needed and as they were dumping out my oil didnt even bother to check if they had it stock and had NO CHOICE but , to pay for the expensive one. Ridiculous might as well do it at home >:(

I’m usually a dealership person just because of the accountability. I’m willing to pay a little bit more for convenience or quality.
Lately my dealership has been awful and I can’t schedule an oil change. So I started looking at alternatives. Take 5 really does a good job of advertising because all of the cringy commercials I remembered their brand and when I searched google a coupon popped up.
I was able to book an appointment online but when I got there, there was only 1 car in front of me so I was in within 10 minutes.
When I talked to the tech they explained that the empty bay is used for appointments. So they do operate on a first come first serve basis but if you do have an appointment you can skip the line and use the bay.
As far as the options it’s not cheap. I went with the high mileage Mobil full synthetic. Upwards of $120 because my vehicle takes 6 quarts. The dealership is about that price so I was shocked it higher non dealership. But you know what, I was able to get an oil change the same day within about 15 minutes. I’ll take for that convenience.
You’ve earned a repeat customer out of me.

Expensive oil change, tried to upsell me in cabin filter and air filter for $140 hahahaha while I bought both at Autozone for $40. Other than that, good and quick service.

I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. The service is complete and it doesn’t take very long at all. They remember you and treat you with the utmost respect. Every oil change, every state inspection, and every usual maintenance check, they’re on my GoTo list.

Best and easiest oil change experience I've ever had! The team at Take 5 Oil Change, especially Aleksa, Mike and Miguel, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m beyond impressed with the service and will definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Highly recommend!

Staff was very detailed and thorough in providing services. In addition, they pointed out a few things that I may need to address to prevent vehicle problems. The team was working in 100⁰ weather with no AC. They all deserve a raise effective immediately.
