Worst experience with mobile service provider ever!!!!! Purchased 2 phones online for my elderly parents and arranged to move their lines to T-Mobile as new customers. Went into the store to activate both lines as instructed by T-Mobile. Sadam put a new simm card in each phone and told us the lines were active and we could go. 2 hours later the phones were still not active and when we called T-Mobile for help, we were told we would have to go back to the store to have the issue resolved since they were unable to access our account or send us a verification code because of course the phones were not active. Came back to the store and again Sadam tried to program the phones with the new simm and told us to wait another 24 hours and if not active to come back again. This was not an option for us as I didn't want to leave my elderly parents without phone service and to drive all the way back across town. Spent 3 hours in the store on the phone with T-Mobile while passing my phone back and forth to Sadam to speak to T-Mobile only to have them both point the finger at each other and tell me there is nothing they can do and all we can do is wait and hope the phones actually activate. Tried to cancel the whole transaction but was told the numbers had already been port to T-Mobile and if we cancel my parents would lose their numbers. Then we were told again to wait 24 hours and come back again and ask the manager to try to resolve the issue. T-Mobile customer support said they could do nothing and Sadam would have to call T-Mobile activation to get it resolved. However he was unwilling to call anyone and it was me making all the phone calls and putting him on the phone. They both claimed the phones were assigned simm cards which did not match the ones Sadam had given us and they could not override them. I asked if they could simply issue another phone with a new simm since these phones were brand new and were only unboxed at the store. But we were told we would have to pay for another new phone to do that. We left again after over 3 hours with no phones activated. Basically we are carrying around useless bricks that we paid for with no active phone lines and we can't even get our phone lines back to cancel moving to T-Mobile. This is totally unacceptable and I have never had an issue activating newly purchased phones from any other provider. I completely regret even moving my parents to this service and now they are stuck with no phone service at 79 and 81 years old!! I will be calling corporate again tomorrow hoping to reach someone in the US to lodge a complaint and try to get this resolved. Do not switch to T-Mobile and definitely do not visit this store. You will regret it! I would give zero stars if I could!!!!!

Alex is the best she was interested in helping me and she did just that got me out a 24 month term of something I didn’t even buy at that T mobile location other customers came in but she made sure she completely helped me out before tending to them god bless her

Wait is very long. Not happy. The staff will tell you to get phone support because they can’t do Apple Watch activation in the store.Not all staff are knowledgeable.

This is by far the worst customer service at this location avoid at all cost. Went in to purchase a phone and the rep Sadam was his name stood up and started talking a bunch of non sense until I asked for the manager! His attitude is nasty and foul please go to another location. I have been a T-Mobile customer 20 years and have seen reps and managers come and go from this location. Sadam is the worst I have ever seen. Another thing he walked around and asked for everyone name to be put on the list except for me. I also told the manager that as well. He asked if I had been helped I said no. He still did not put my name on the list. I asked another representative Ray if he was the only person who could put your name on the list to be seen Ray said No I can add you, I Said thank you. Eventually Alfonso the manager came over to assist me then he said the rep Sadam knew more about the phones. Sadam is rude! Stay far away from our beloved Missouri City location which use to be nice. It has gone down. He acted such a fool one of his co workers had to come and remove him to go out the store. I explained as well to Alfonso that I would be reporting this to the corporate office. Alfonso said next time ask for him and he will be doing some coaching with the employee well he needs more than coaching. Sadam was trying to sell me an upgrade which I came in to buy a phone outright cash money! I did not want what he wastrying to sale me and have my bill $24 more according to him. Well I walked out not buying anything due to the rudeness and unprofessionally employee T-Mobile has in this store. I said no thanks ill just buy it online. He was so unprofessional. Sorry no commission today Sadam! I kept my money in my purse he is very disrespectful to women especially African Americans he will walk pass you and overlook you. Stop trying to sale people what they don't want or ask for then get mad when you continue to say you dont want that! Go to the Sienna location nice employees over there or go see Matthew at Southwest Freeway.

Alfonso has A1 customer service. I called today because I was about to head in to see if I can upgrade my iPhone for my business line. He thoroughly explained everything to me, gave me several options to achieve my goal, and answered each one of my questions. I am a very busy person, so the multiple options to get the job done was top tier! Also we explored options so I didn't have to wait that dreadful long period in line for someone to call my name at the store. Admit it, we ALL hate it! Honestly I appreciate people like him who offers great customer service. He seems consistent because before I clicked to leave a review, I saw that there was a review recently left mentioning how he treated another customer well. Kudos to you Alphonso! You rock!

Terrible is an understatement for this store and it’s employee. I went to return that scrap 5G box and the employee said go to UPS store and return it there. I showed them it’s written on the label it can be returned to T mobile store and the female employee in the back goes “he doesn’t understand English”. I tried to explain I do have driven 25 min only to return this but they didn’t budge. I told them I’m leaving and you’ll see a review about this and they literally blocked the review page for 2 months. Well, here you go idiots, it’s posted now. Hope both your mid 40s employee stay in this job forever ??

Very nice and friendly place,they do get to you as fast as they can.but if you don't have any patience then this might not be the place for you to go,and I only say that because these phones are very complicated now for some and it takes time from person to person...

I went in looking to purchase a new iPhone. Wasn’t greeted by anyone and stood around waiting while no one communicated with me that they will be right with me. Not very helpful location so I left.
