I scheduled an appointment for today,
a saturday at 11:00AM, tried to go into the leasing office at 10:55 prepared to wait a few mins (their hours on Saturday is 10-5), door was locked. waited nearly 20 mins in our car (parked directly in front of the office) while calling and texting the numbers provided by the office. No response. Left at 11:17AM. I scheduled this a week and a half in advance and got a confirmation from the office at that time as well.
Was really looking forward to a tour :(

Great location in a great area / school district. The office staff is good, they could work on picking up the phone more but other than that they have fun events for the kids. That is what has kept me here. I do feel like the buildings are poorly maintained. And over priced for the amount of maintenance issues they have. (Pictured is black mold surrounding every vent in my apartment).

Maintenance person came by and said door was locked, which it was. Talked with front office and told them to use garage. Next day they said they came by, and didn't. Left the door unlocked just to see. Third day came by and left a note this is the 3rd time they came. So that was a lie. They are lazy. They closed the work order and I had to open it back up. So it literally took 8 days to replace a dishwasher. There are other instances that result in the same outcome.....

The repairs were handled quickly. The young man that handled my request was very helpful and very polite. He took care of the problems I had in a very timely manner. I thank the office for the quick response.

So I moved here at the end of March 2024 and I really like the staff in the office and the maintenance people. If I have a problem I can go to them and they take care of it Right away. The Only thing that I would complain about parking.

The property is not well kept. There is trash in the back of the garages. Trash, on the grass while walking. Dog dumpsters are not emptied.

It’s nice don’t get me wrong! I love the area and my apartment but I have to be honest. When it came to my move in, I believe the staff should have conducted a final walkthrough before I did my initial walkthrough. There were many big problems that needed to be fixed which I believe should have been taken care of before I even moved in. Maintenance will get the work orders done as quickly as possible. Which I try to understand their timing taking into consideration there are several other units. I just feel like the communication needs more development between front office staff, maintenance, and tenants. For an example, my garage door was stuck and the work order was placed “on hold” there was no further correspondence to me about that which made me feel like I was pushed to the back of the queue. When I went into the office, that’s when I was informed that it was placed on hold due to a part that needed to be ordered.
