This review is a reflection of Sue Cheung office, and not directly Sue. I was called by her agent Bryan, because I take care of my 90 year old moms business affairs. He informed me that my mother's homeowners insurance policy would default because of underwritings inspections report. They sent a letter to her about this in 2020. I said to him, she doesn't have the letter, can you find out what's on the report so these issues can be resolved. He said that he couldn't get the information, so he recommended that she try to get another insurance company before her current policy expires. Very disrespectful and unprofessional for an agent to reccomend that to a client whose been with State Farm over 20 years. He would rather let his policyholder lose it, vs helping his client, so they don't default on the homeowners policy.
