This location isn't 3.5 stars for no reason. Giving this location 1 star. Food is not that great and hate this is the closet location to my job sadly. I order online because it's more convenient. I've been here a handful of times. I don't think they like my kind of people lol if you know what I mean. The last time I picked up my food, which was today, the owner was very hesitant to give me my food as If he didn't believe it was for me. They need to do a whole 360and you can tell this is franchised owned. They never ever ever have any lemonade avaliable and that be one of the main reason why I come to subway.

Meager accommodations, poor service, and an unprepared staff. Thankfully, this Subway offers free parking. Otherwise there’d be nothing redeeming about it.

This subway is owned by a husband and wife. They are very rude and unfriendly. I’ve eaten here a handful of times as it’s 2 minutes from my home. A couple of times I’ve noticed the vegetables are not fresh. I worry they cut corners with how they manage the restaurant.Today I decided to order via Uber eats. My order was completely screwed up. I ordered a turkey ham cheese double meat double cheese sandwich. I received the sandwich - there was no cheese at all, no double meat and it was toasted. I called the restaurant and spoke with the husband who answered the phone. He pretended to not understand English and gave the phone to his wife who prepared the sandwich. Of all the places customers could eat it’s truly a waste of time to give money to a restaurant that offers horrible customer service. The instructions of the order were even in writing since order was placed via Uber eats. While it’s “just” a sandwich this speaks to a bigger problem. Eating out these days is a luxury whether your meal is $10 or $100 and orders need to be taken and prepared correctly. Needless to say, I’m not going back to this Subway.

I just sat in the lobby for about 10 mins no employees nothing and It's just a bunch of us waiting and I spoke to the tall lady with pink extensions and she completely ignored me when I asked if they were serving clients and wasn't spoken to until she left and then came back, usually the employees are helpful but today I don't know if she was alone but not proper customer service .

Poor food quality and poor customer service. I must have bought a sandwich here a few times, every time it is a different thing. During lunch hours, bread is stale which means they are disposing bread from previous day. Evenings, service quality is poor and the servers are asked to ration the veggies in the sandwich, once I heard 4 tomatoes per footlong...

Was in the area caring for my injured brother and he wanted subway. I ordered online I get there 10 minutes after it should have been ready only it's not ready. I wait in line as they have 3 people ahead of me no problem. Problem is once it's finally my turn they can't find my order turns out one of the guys pulled and misplaced the ticket. Few minutes later they find ticket and start to make order then tell me they are out of meatballs. Anyway eventually it all gets worked out but the one guy was rude and the place itself didn't seem clean. I love the subway by my house but this location is terrible.

2 weeks ago I ordered 5 footlongs and they charged me for 6. Last week I bought 3 footlongs and asked for an extra paper bag because we were two families and they put them in one bag. You guessed right. No Way! The lady refused. Another guy supported her by saying Yes, we don't give out extra bags. This location is managed by amateurs.

Please let your employees know that if they chose to work in customer service have customer service skills and act like they want to serve clients with a smile. Without customers you wouldn’t have a job. Horrible manners. No one smiled, no “thank you for coming” just horrible. This is my usual Subway and I was very displeased with my service. Do better.

Don't come during the day! Every experience I've had at this location in the evening has been great. The daytime weekday staff is HORRIBLE. I ask for extra lettuce and onion, and not only does she consistently short the sandwich, but today I went back in, showed her the 2 shreds of lettuce and 2 onion slices, and she argued that WAS "more".Skip this location until the owner starts to pay attention. There is better quick food about 50 feet away, with employees who care.... even a little bit.

Everything here is EXTREMELY old. The vegetables were literally waterlogged from sitting for so long and it’s 1PM… so I suppose they’re a few days old.Customer service was non-existent, and the guy who works here tried to argue with me stating that the vegetables are fresh like I’m a child who’s never seen expired vegetables before.Do better.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The veggies were old, I told him I wanted fresh spinach from the back and the older man with glasses tried to argue with me. I told him I didn’t want it on my sandwich. The vegetables were almost a week old. Looks like they froze the veggies they had from the previous day. It was disgusting. I shouldn’t have even went through with the order. I ate it. It tasted old. Service was unsatisfactory and food was subpar. Don’t eat here.
