“Went to look for a pool ladder and the service was great! The associate looked in the back and helped me search the store for a pool ladder. Unfortunately they didn't have any in the store. The guy told me to Google it and find other pool places in town.”

“Ray and Patti were amazing! I'm a new roller skater, and they were still knowledgeable despite it not being their primary specialization. They confirmed that my current skates are a half size too large, then suggested an orthotic insert to help manage the issue and hopefully prolong the use out of the skates. They also took the time to let me try on properly fitting skates and test out the inserts for any discomfort/adjustments before leaving. I really appreciated their time and attention, despite it being a busy afternoon in their shop. Thanks again and I hope to be back when it's time to upgrade!”
“I ordered this banner recently for my college dorm through Nuvo athletics and the customer service was top of the line, I spoke to Jennifer Haldiman and she was really polite and understanding. My banner was made pretty quickly with so much detail it’s beyond amazing they designed it themselves and I am so impressed. “Just discovered this hidden gem a month ago. It's nestled in the corner of a busy shopping center. Parking can be an issue as the restaurant next door is always busy; however, that doesn't deter me from going. I've been here three times and each time the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have a great selection of shoes and some clothes as well. This certainly will be my go to for sneakers when I'm not shopping online for them.”

“These guys are God-sends! I was traveling and in Houston literally for an overnight business trip. I needed a shirt and tie and found them close to my hotel.Terry and the other gentlemen there could not have been more helpful. They were professional and personable and obviously knew their stuff about haberdashery. They did not have a shirt my neck size but with a quick fix were able to make it work with a half neck size smaller. Genius!If I lived in the area, these guys would have my business for clothes and tailored suits. If you need a top notch store with great service and want to help an independent shop, I cannot recommend them enough! Give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.”

“My wife and I stopped by Foot Locker on 13711 Westheimer Road to look for a particular Nike item. We always drive by this place thinking it was for the young people. What we didn’t know that it has Nike, Nike & more Nike merchandise.Amarris was the salesperson that greeted us, and begin to help us to find that particular Nike item. They didn’t have it in the store, but Amarris was quick to find it online at a better price. He took his time to work with us on other Nike merchandise we were looking to purchase. Not only was the service and prices were good, but the reggae music by Gregory Isaac Night Nurse one of my favorite songs were jammin in the background. By the way, the store was clean and smelling good.We were so pleased that we return the next day to purchase sneakers from Pierre who took the time to give us great service. A job well done by two of the greatest at their job.Stop by the Foot Locker West Oaks location on Westheimer Road asked for Amarris, and Pierre let them know that the Freeman’s sent you.”

“Had a great experience in this store and will definitely continue to come back again. My 10 year old son was excited the store had the Adidas Ghosted cleat in stock to try on. These tend to be difficult at first to put on for youth age but the owner spent sometime with my son to show him the proper way to put these lace less cleats on. Really appreciate the customer service! Wouldn't get this kind of help shopping online or at a major retailer.”
