Cleanliness: The place is immaculate!
Stylist: Lucky is absolutely the best!! I have been to other salons and have had my cuticle clipped more times than you can imagine. I am always so relaxed while he is doing my nails! He does exactly what I request every time! Highly recommend

Just horrible customer service. Got a service which includes 10 min hot stone massage but instead received 1 minute per leg and nothing on the feet! That was point less. The owner says it's 10 minutes for the scrub. I will not be back! Waste of money and time. I rather pay for the hot stone massage not a scrub which is part of most pedicure services! better nail spas than this place

This is an awesome nail salon. Great quality nails and the nail specialist were very sweet and attentive . I will make this my nail salon. They ROCK !!!!!

Rude and unprofessional. The manager was yelling at the worker because he seemed as if he wasn't ready to work. The male worker did not provide what was included in the pedicure package. Had to ask several times if he would do what I paid for and he kept forgetting. Had to tell the worker to cut down my nails several times. I felt as if I was the instructor and he did not understand how to perform a pedicure. He was rude and kept yelling in his language. I was very disappointed because I use to come to this nail salon years ago and it was much better then. He did a horrible job and I will never be back. I have been going to nail salons for over 20 years and this is by far the worst experience ever. I did not experience the relaxing, pampering experience at all.

Unsanitary nail tech who went back and forth between clients without washing hands and also went from pedicure on my feet to waxing my eyebrows without washing hands even when I mentioned it. She was also rushed and did a poor job on my nails and eyebrows. She even dropped the wax stick on my hair. My gel manicure is already bubbling and it has only been 2 hours! Waste of money. This was my 1st and last time going.

Ok so first let me say the reviews had me worried, but I was from out of town and this was the closest salon to my hotel and I went for it. Upon arrival: when I first walked in, everybody looked at me and nobody really said anything lol there were only about 3 people in there so it wasn't busy. Someone ended up asking me what I needed and I said a pedicure. The lady walked away and I guessed I was to follow her and she half pointed to the chair I was to sit in. So I sat, and waited lol there was no plastic in the bowl so I didn't put my feet in yet. Service: Then the star of the show came: Lucky! He came over with all of his equipment, put the plastic sanitary thing in the bowl and ran the water while telling me I could put my feet in. He then adjusted the water when I told him it was a bit too hot for me. I asked for a price list, selected the Lemon/Citrus pedicure which was $40 and sat back and let him do his magic. Lucky was truly amazing! We had good convo, he paid attention to detail and listened to what I did and did not want. The 5 stars is really for him because he gave such great service & in no way did I feel rushed or that it was taking too long. If you're in the area, definitely stop by and ask for him - you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Lucky!

The nail service is good, however this nail shop does not have good customer service and does not care about the customer. I have been coming here over a year. About 4 months ago, I broke a nail, and went to Spectrum for a repair. My clinician had a customer, and she apologized for the inconvenience but explained that she could not stop to repair my nail. I understood and went on vacation with a broken nail. Yesterday I showed up for my appointment, and my clinician stopped working on me to fix a nail for a client who did not have an appointment. I reminded the owner of how she refused to help me, but she showed favoritism to the other client. I will never bo back to that salon again.

I used to always go to this salon. But I don’t think I’m coming back ever. One ,I had to wait for the longest. Two, The guy who did my nails would not even say a hello to me. he seemed very uninterested while taking care of my nails. I never said a word cause I was polite. They served water for every customer but me. She went past me asking my next chair customer and providing her with water. Dint had a little courtesy to ask if I needed some water. It was 101 degrees outside. Luckily I had water in my car. I’m writing this review to let you know please learn to treat every customer equal regardless of what race they belong to. Everyone is human .
I was over charged. And the service was too average. Never going here again

I had a terrible experience today and I’ve been coming here for ten years. BY GOD, as the quality decreased because this used to be the go to spot in Missouri city around 2012.They immediately rushed me to my chair when I told them I wanted a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. They would not let me choose a color because they said they would bring me a selection to choose from which they never did.The lady cuts my cuticle. Which happens at places right? I get it. But the procedure on how she handled the situation was a health hazard. She put the neosporin on my blood wound directly from the tube itself and then screwed the cap back on! The one they use for every customer!!!! No cotton swab or anything. When I asked for a cotton swab so I could stop the bleeding she looked at me like it was pointless.I go to pay and usually they have a discount for cash which is like 5% but no one told me that changed. What pissed me off: is the fact I had no communication, couldn’t select my color because they never brought them to me. They just went based off what I said but like there’s 50 different shades of red that I wanted to select for myself.The place wouldn’t even give me their license number over the phone when I tried to ask for it because the manager acted like she had to ask the owner. It’s required by federal law to have posted so people can make complaints and she just didn’t want to give it to me over the phone.Will never be back.*edited: I called back after the owner contacted me to speak with a manager to make things right. They claimed there was no manager on duty and gave me such a hassle on the phone; I stand by never going back. What can I say? When the cats away, the mice play.

I went in for a pedicure only, but I am flying to Jamaica, so I decided why not. Let’s do a manicure as well.I showed Stephen a picture of what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with my service. I was welcomed when I walked in. And I was thanked when I walked out. This is my third or fourth visit to this nail salon, and I am very pleased with my experiences.

I absolutely love my nail shop. My nail tech is very observant and always takes her time when doing my nails. I never feel rushed and made to feel comfortable by all staff. Leelee is my fav and has been for 3 years .
