Rude employees and worst service ever experienced at Missouri City location. I was told one person's impression of their service and attitude didn't matter because they've been in business for 53 years! Never again SWM!

Southwest Mower left my lawn mower looking like new! I even had to double check that it was my mower and not someone else’s. Service was fast and price was reasonable. I would highly recommended them.

Took blower to get fixed said it would be $138 for a new carburetor i told them i didn't want to get fixed because price to fix was half new one so i paid the $15 diagnostic fee and took my blower home i tried to start it and it started right away and has kept working g ever since surprise no new carburetor needed.

After 30 years in the tree and landscape business in the Sugarland, Stafford, Missouri City area it's fair to say if you need it on your truck, they have it. If you break it, they'll fix it for you too.

Worst service ever! Guys behind the counter are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor. I will NEVER visit this place again. I recommend to everyone to please avoid this place.. TERRIBLY!!

I go to southwest mower to get the correct set of blades,unfortunately the guy who assist me have no idea of what hes doing,gave him my serial number & mower model still gave me the wrong ones,if i go to a store is because i need the parts from a expert but the guy is nowhere close to that,rather shop online where is even cheaper

I brought my lightly used echo weed eater here and the staff was very friendly and ready to help. With just a few trouble shooting questions for diagnosis and a few days later I had my weed eater running better than it ever did very fine tuning? at a very fair price. Thank you Southwest Mower for keeping my equipment running in top notch shape!

Holy smokes where should I start, EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful customer service at the front. Accuses me of trying to use a stolen credit card when to pay for a part for my Father, when it was just the machines fault. Completely BS with these guys.People DO NOT COME HERE, PLEASE. if you value your money and respect

Gave a "1" because there was no "0".UNJUSTIFIED ROBBERY!This place is a rip off when it comes to repairs. Along with the requested service. I was charged for a new cable + installation. Which I'd just had replaced at another shop 3 weeks prior. They cleaned/wiped it down and told me they replaced it. The guy at the desk told me he only goes by what the repair tech puts on the invoice. No way to check if part inventory was actually depleted."You Don't Pay, They Keep Your Equipment". No investigation of any wrong doing.Also, If you're not buying commercial grade equipment, I'd suggest you go to Home Depot for small residential equipment. Don't know why, but they charge around 10-15% more for the same equipment model. Plus it's a hassle when it comes to warrantee claims.
