This gym has a very central location and it has been operating now for many years. The pool is a 25 m swimming pool and the gym facilities are OK. I think the Gym facilities are in need of an upgrade much of the equipment is quite old and, it is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. I think if the management company or the responsible party does focus on upgrading the gym equipment and the experience will be much better for residents.

Love this gym in comparison to bigger chains. I've been a member since September 2022. It's nice & clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

Checked this gym out for the first time. Wow what an amazing place. The equipment is all top of the line, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What a great gym.

Great gym! The staff is helpful when you are new to working out. They guide you when needed. People at the gym say hello, which is cool. The classes are included with your membership! I found that super useful.

Awesome staff and facilities! I've belonged to a number of good gyms over the years, but this one has been the best for individual and trainer driven sessions, plus very well maintained, state of the art facilities.

Nice today!! We are back to normal, the gym was with more people now at busy hours. No mask requirement, just if you want to use it.

Been coming to this gym for awhile now and it's the best in the sugar land area, plus the membership is reasonable and they have a wide selection of equipment.
