Builder installed in new home, 10 bad (crooked and leak), contacted Showcase and they blamed the builder. Do not buy from showcase. No customer service and no warranty. I'm spending 20K replacing Showcase windows in a new home. Zero stars

I have emailed and called several times. No one has helped me. I have left voicemail and no one returns my calls. I asked for a manager and they didn't call back. They have now started to screen my calls. The casters they sale will strip out. Door came with no pilot holes drilled also.

These windows are in our new house. Quality is terrible. The tilt sash latches are very bad. Sometimes they will pop out just from routine opening and closing the window. Weatherstripping on the moveable sash is poor and inconsistent from window to window. Operation of the windows are not smooth. I assume these windows are lower cost and that is why some builders use them.

This company should be avoided. Windows are not of good quality and customer service is of no help.Had a problem with leaking around frame of window in a new construction home. After the contractor failed to do anything about it, we contacted Showcase because the windows were under warranty. They asked me to send photos, which I did. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF IT MIGHT BE AN INSTALLATION ISSUE because we were involved in a legal action with the builder and needed to know this. They scheduled someone to come out and look who failed to show up (without calling). We rescheduled, but they cancelled. Finally after the third try, someone came out who told us the window was warped (not an installation issue). Long story short, after dealing with these people for 5 months- having to repeatedly ask the same questions over and over and repeatedly call them to get info- they tell us that the technician that came out put nothing in his report about warping and that the photos (sent 5 months back) show that the problem is an installation issue, and that they can't do anything about it. Beyond frustrated with this company's lack of competence, care or concern at addressing customer issues.As far as the rest of the windows, they look fine from a distance but up close you can see a lack of quality and many of them are difficult to open and close.

When I was getting the runaround on missing screens from the dealer, Showcase Window Field Service Manager, Ashley Miller went above and beyond to help me, the homeowner. She was very professional, listened to my needs and took care of a very bad situation from the dealer and made it right immediately! I highly recommend doing business with this company. I needed someone to assist me on replacing my window and Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful on telling me where to find the order number on window and actually he located it before we found the sticker on window but we needed to verify to be sure. He walked me through the process step by step and was so nice. He let me know how long the process would be till the window was replaced. Such a smooth conversation and I appreciate the kindness. Thank you.

Ordered windows in September 2021 Windows were delivered in January 2022. 5 windows were missing, 5 windows the glass was broken. Installed the windows that were delivered and 2 of the double windows were out of square and had to send them back. Two months later the windows that I sent back showed up and one of the other windows that were missing. Then I received every two weeks one of the windows that were missing. It is now the end of July 2022 and I am missing 5 screens and one of the windows still has to be replaced. Mercy this has been the worst experience ever!! Been building for 22 years never seen anything this bad!!! Beware!!!!!!

We ordered our windows in February of 2022 thinking we’d be ahead of the game. They told us they’d be here in May. Still not here. Then they said August 8th...and now the latest is August 22. I called them personally and they would not deal with me because I’m not a dealer. They continue to feed me the Covid excuse. It’s funny though, nothing else we’ve dealt with is running behind. So we are continuing to sit at a standstill and who even knows if they will show up August 22nd.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not honor anything they say. I asked for a tech to look at our solidify doors and they did not show up. When I called again they said gas prices were to high to send a tech. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Ordered windows first week of January, and still haven’t received all of them. Initially we were supposed to receive on 4/21/2022, and only 2/3s of them showed up. We were told the rest of them would arrive 5/20 then that got pushed back to 6/6, and now pushed back to 6/14. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Buying from Showcase for our new build's windows has been our BIGGEST REGRET!! We ordered our windows Dec 3, 2021, and were told 12-14 week lead time. So we broke ground and planned the framing around that time frame. Since ordering our windows Showcase has only given updates when WE checked in on the order, they have NOT ONCE reached out to inform us of the 7 CHANGES TO OUR SHIPMENT DATE. (At one point they stopped giving dates and told us it could be anytime in the MONTH of May!!) We are now on WEEK 27!! Told we would be getting within 1-2 days when we talked on Tuesday. Now being told won't receive them until Monday! Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business and leave customers left in the dark with no information on orders. We have received zero apologies, or any actual information to give us insight into why our order has now taken 27 WEEKS!! This extreme delay has now cost us over $5,000 because we had to halt construction waiting on our windows! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!

Too many issues to name. Ordering windows for new house during pandemic took 26 weeks vs told 12. The bigger issue was extremely poor communication. They missed multiple deliveries and said windows were on delivery but they were not. They deliver windows without panes and with cracked windows. Even 6 months later I am still waiting for inside window divider. And quality was below standard. And their distributor in New Orleans, luxury windows gave up on us.Their owner stopped communicating and said there was nothing else he could do. One of worst experiences we have ever had.

Not a very good experience. Ordered window first part of January 2022 was told they would be delivered end of April 2022(had to pay in full before they would build). Last week of April call to make sure everything was still on schedule and was told yes. Had brick and mortar delivered. First week of May call again only to find out that they had not even started our windows they didn't have any glass to build them, So they sold us windows and didn't have the material to build them(and they knew this when they sold them too us). Was told that we would have windows the end of May, then the end of June, then the end of July. Finally got them the end of July all but one which came a few weeks later. Some of the mortar got damp due to long wait although I covered it up with two tarps, had to replace them out of my pocket. Had I not been told it was still on schedule for the end of April I would have waited on the brick and mortar.Having to wait the extra 3 months on the windows to be able to move forward with bricking the outside and install sheetrock on the inside, this delayed my completion date by 3 month. Now the percent of a mortgage load has gone from about 3% to 8%. This is a big increase in the payment each month. Had Show Case Windows delivered the windows when we were told they would be delivered then we would be locked into a better percentage rate. We would have been finished with our house by the end of July instead of the end of October.
