The kid that is working there alone today 2/11, was a complete jerk. He wasted a lot of or time. We spent a lot of money at Sherwin-Williams. We purchased 7- 1- gallons and 4-15 gallons. He wasn’t very accommodating. We drove all the way to the Med center to get serviced when we are just 5 minutes from the Missouri City Sherwin Williams. I need y’all to get it together. This was a big inconvenience especially since we have people helping us and they had to wait for us to get back with the correct paint color.

Rude staff memeber named Mateo. The lack of professionalism at this store does not deserve the sherwin williams brand. Mateo did not communicate appropriately nor did the request made by us. Very poor service. I could have received better care at a big box retailer. Mateo needs to be retrained in customer service and communication. I typically shop at the bissonnet one and the customer service is vastly better. Very sad to see this service.

Take way too long to help , lines get long, tried to pay cash and they said no because it was a big bill , person infront paid cash , very rude person on the register,

Bad service...don't go...to this town...it's not for Hispanics...the guy doesn't want to help and he serves you reluctantly...and he wants to use another account...he won't give you leave it...even if you pay cash...Bad service...the guy don't help me,he is close mind ..he know everything ..about paint say..? ..

Dishonest and unprofessional. I came into this location today because I purchased a gallon of paint that was too dark. I brought it back with a sample and the assistant manager agreed to provide a quart of paint that was lighter free of charge. I waited for him to mix the paint when I got ready to leave he did not honor his word and try to charge me right before I left. This was extremely unprofessional, and I’d never experienced anything like it... he stated while he was mixing the paint he made a call and decided to not honor that. Instead of letting me know this, he decided to waste my time and had me waiting there for no reason.

Updating my recent experience at this store. People really make a difference. Terrible experience. Person behind counter not helpful. They did not have paint I needed in quart or gallon size. Wanted to use coupon to save 25% on their paint and even offered to pay in advance. His response…go to another store.

Service is ok when they finally get to you. I placed an order online which I prefer to do to save time, but with this store it’s pointless. I got an email alert that my order was “ready” so I headed to the store. There’s no designated pickup place, all the workers do it all so I waited in line for awhile for someone to become available, while being looked dead in the eye a few times without a greeting lol. Whatever, maybe he was having a bad day. When he finally got to me my order was NOT ready as the email said. and he was going to give me white paint instead of agreeable grey like I ordered. I’m glad he asked first. But he still had to mix it. So online ordering doesn’t save time here at all. Just a heads up to those out there like me!

I had a shitty experience at the Sugar Land location, but the clerk here was super nice and helpful. I only needed a gallon of paint for touch ups, but the clerk was very on point in explaining the paint I'll be getting. She was also great in helping the customers in front of me by giving helpful advice and recommendations.

i am so greatful for this store, had problems with contractors painting the walls in my home ,they kepy wanting to put another coat on ,the walls they where very shiny in alot of places , the sales rep..... andrea arriaga ...offered to come to my home and see what was wrong and she spoke in spanish to the crew and the contractor , found the problem was the paint had been sitting too long without being shook up , or stirred well she took 8 gals. back with her shook them all brought them back to my home ,the walls looked amazing , she was awesome thank you sherwin williams for having her on your team.thanks frances
