I was there trying to get gas and notice I forgot my wallet at home. i tried using Apple Pay with no success. i ended up asking a young gentleman who walked in did he have Zelle and I'd send it to him to pay. Gentleman agreed. As I was walking out the owners told him he shouldn't have helped me. If it wasn't for people like us, you wouldn't have what you have.

Just your typical nasty gas station you would expect in a bad neighborhood. The parking lot is always crowded with cars waiting for McDonald's and the store inside is disgusting and the bathroom door is always locked so if McDonald's is locked, no bathroom for you.

Came to the window at 1:30 dude sleeping in the restroom talking bout he using the restroom if u dnt wanna work please stop hiring people that wanna sleep in the restroom on the clock

I go to Shelk early in the morning. The attendant looks absolutely bothered that she has to wait on me from the window. I have stopped going there. Attitude is everything.

Came here at 06/01@ 3:20am and they said they are only taking cash at the moment. We placed our order of 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry and the cashier said it was $5 flat. He sounded like he was high on drugs or drunk and had us repeat our order 3 times. When we got to the window, we handed him a $10 bill and he walked away from the register and came back with a crumpled $5 bill. He didn't give us a receipt. He was a tall black man and his name tag was not legible. He was stumbling bagging up our order. Do not come here late at night. I think they are pocketing the cash from the late night customers. I hope management fixes this ASAP.

so i always come here but tonight was so horrible, staff was low and service was really slow .. food came out really cold and i ordered hot cakes with sausage and the sausage smelled so old and tasted like cardboard i almost threw up, my husbands food was cold and dry as well.. do better or shut this sh** down!!!!

Absolutely THE most inept group of boobs on the planet. Line is out the door and there is nobody at the counter. The savages are all in the back eating their McNuggets and talking gibberish. What a mess!!

I don't go here very often, but when I do I have a decent experience. Workers are sometimes rude, sure. But I have a lot of special requests on my order, and they've never messed up. Honestly, when I have a bad experience, it's usually because of other customers. Guys, come on... When the drive-thru is busy, drive around so the line starts winding around the building--don't block two lanes of traffic and cause a huge back-up so no one can get anywhere. If you have to order SIX bags of food and THREE full drink holders worth of drinks, go inside so you're not slowing down the drive-thru. And for goodness sake, if you discover a second too late they've gotten your order wrong, park and go inside to complain--don't start REVERSING and get yelling angry when everyone else in line doesn't start reversing too so you can return to the drive-thru window you've already left. I can't begrudge the employees their rudeness too much if this is the sort of person they deal with daily.

I wasn't going to write a review but this is the worst establishment I've ever been to in my LIFE! I pulled up to order breakfast and the young man who was taking my order was very rude... I said my order and he said "what you want?!" With a full on attitude and I said it again and he said "we ain't got no fries bro" seriously?! I'm disgusted l. I didn't even feel comfortable with this man making my food so I drive off.

Horrible they can never get your food right!!!! Nothing but little kids work there!!! I order a Big Mac extra cheese get all the way home I had a plain Big Mac nothing but a bun and meat no sauce no cheese no nothing!!!! Just order a sausage biscuit and get home I have a biscuit egg and bacon sandwich
