I’m a RB customer but this branch is worthless. One of the tellers told me that each of their branches have different interest rates to offer. It took 10 minutes of researching on the computer to come up with this piece of wisdom. I have no problems with the other branches but this one is awful. Either put competent people in there or close it. That would be my recommendation.

I don’t see a point of coming here since they don’t even match their promotions.

I received a $400 promotion to open an account with Regions. After 2 weeks of opening I can see why they have to entice people with that amount of money. Needless to say I closed my account before the promotion went into effect, working with them is literally that awful.

Where do I begin? Their $400 welcome bonus is a scam. I do welcome bonuses frequently and this is the first time I have been scammed. None of their online tools work properly: from opening an account, to asking/emailing a question. Errors come up constantly telling you to call. When you call, just expect lip service and never expect your problem to be resolved. This specific location can't help you with anything. The drive through will show "closed "and you have to walk in (during covid, with your kids) and ask why it's closed. It's always because the teller "forgot" to turn the light on and was too distracted by her phone to notice you there. There are never any customers at this location, so being swamped isn't the problem. If I ask for 50 cent or dollar coins, they never have them. I have to go to Wells Fargo to get my daughter's tooth fairy money. I could go on and on. The worst is the welcome bonus scam! Don't try it; they have every excuse in the book as to why you don't qualify despite meeting everything required. Most of their excuses come down to their problems with their system not working correctly and it turns into your fault.

Talked to a Rafael, he was extremely rude and short. One of the worst bank visits I've had

I want to begin with saying that I’ve always received exceptional service with Regions Bank. Every location I’ve walked in has been great, until today. The teller, Beverly Eros, was unprofessional and ill- informed. She refused to complete my transaction and challenged me without doing any obvious research. The teller next to her, Rafeal Tobar, asked me to come over. It only took him 3 additional minutes to research and we were able to complete the transaction. He was professional and knowledgable. I am glad that he was there because his co worker almost ruined an important day for us.
